About this apartment rental

Very nice apartment 3 *** of 43 m2, 3 rooms, for 6 people, on the 1st floor with south facing balcony, located in the heart of the village of La Clusaz in a building of 7 apartments.

Local ski and mountain bike on the ground floor.

For parking you have a reserved parking on the condominium at the bottom of the building.

Possibility to rent towels and sheets (bed made on arrival).

350m from the ski slopes and mountain bike (5 minutes walk), 600m from the bus station, 150m from the bus stop, close to all shops (food, bank, sports shop ...) and all activities offered by the center of the village.

We are in partnership with the Ski Fun store in La Clusaz for the rental of ski equipment.

Partner of the tourist office, you will benefit from the Roi Roi card and the relaxation card more for the summer season.

Balneotherapy Serge Blanco located 5 minutes walk from the rental.

Bowling 100 m from the accommodation.

We also have a second 3-star accommodation, 4 people, in the same building, on the same floor, for interested people who would like to come with family or friends.

We had a great stay. Although Severine was not English speaking and we speak no French she was able to communicate everything we needed. As we had 2 small children skiing we used the ski lockers at Bossenet to save carrying them which meant we didn’t use the ski room at the property. Lovely to have the bakery next door for breakfast every day. The house is well equipped for cooking.

We had a lovely time at this property, perfect location, no snow left in the town but short drive to Balme and we could ski, everything we needed and parking right next to property. Would definitely stay there again.

Superb apartment in the centre of La Clusaz, Owner was there to meet us on arrival and with the help of her daughter on the phone to translate (thanks to my terrible French!) we were given a great welcome and a jar of delicious home made Jam for our stay ! The apartment is absolutely spotless and has literally everything you need including Nespresso coffee machine ! Towels and linen provided on request with a deposit, beds were so comfortable! Over all we have no hesitation in recommending this property, we’ll be back !

our 5th visit to Laclusaz, and the appartment was the best we have stayed in. Everything we needed, warm, clean and great location to ski lifts and restaurants. Severine was really helpful, and as we only spoke english, she translated through her daughter. Checkin was easy and early for France at 2pm. Great stay - we will be back!

We just returned from a wonderful week in La Cluzac. The host is very friendly and helpful with information about the the town. The apartment is so comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you can possibly need, it felt like home. It also has a dedicated parking spot at the entrance to the building and a private lockable room in the basement for ski's. The apartment is well located with restaurants and shops across the road, groceries shop and ski lifts are no more than 10 minute walk. There are bus stops near the apartment but we preferred to walk. We could not have asked for a better apartment and hope to be back soon.

Just back from a week skiing in stunning La Clusaz. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped and our host couldn’t have been more helpful. The location is perfect - right beside all the fabulous bread, cheese and wine shops and just a short walk to the slopes. We will certainly be back next year.

We had a lovely time in La Clusaz a really lovely resort especially at Christmas time. Fantastic choice of restaurants and bars. Apartment was spotless and very well equipped, the owners where lovely and very helpful. Great that you have a car park space outside the apartment. You do have a 10 minute walk to ski lifts from apartment, but we drove up to lifts and dropped one adult/kids/skies and husband dropped car back and walked back up, walked back after skiing as traffic busy. Fun Ski most helpful with ski hire and just opposite apartment. Would recommend this resorts and apartment.

The flat has a lovely long sunny balcony and you get views of the mountains/hills from two sides. The flat is also in the middle of town, with all facilities a stones throw away and has a cellar for bike storage if you need that, plus a private parking space. The restaurant next door can be a bit noisy at night with a DJ on some evenings, so beware if you need absolute peace and quiet to sleep in one of the rooms (didnt bother us). A great base for lots of mountain fun!

L'emplacement de parking devant l'immeuble est également très précieux, vu parking payant dans les rues de la station. This apartment was the best I have ever had, and I've had many. The kitchen is a dream, with many appliances, including an induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, but also all the utensils you can think of, even some herbs, sugar etc is available. The shower was amazing with its rain shower, comfortably warm and lots of space for towels, toiletries and more. The beds were high quality and the design of the whole apartment looks so clean and beautiful as if it was put there yesterday instead of 4 years ago. Host Severine was friendly, welcoming and hospitable, she answered quickly to my questions. You can even choose between 2 separate bedcovers or 1 big one for the double room. Final cleaning was not included in the price, what we didn't know upfront, but can be done yourself or at a fee of 60 euros. Everything breathes quality, high standards and good taste. Highly recommendable for 4 persons, for 6 it would be too tight for us, because you'd had to use the (sleeping) couch and convert it back to a couch every day to be able to sit on it. All in all: a gem, in an amazing hiking and skiing area, we loved it very much! Tip: Prices for groceries up the mountain are high, so maybe you'd like to visit the huge Carrefour in Annecy, or the Intermarché in Villards-sur-Thones.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. La propriétaire est vraiment agréable, arrangeante et disponible. L'appartement est très propre et très bien entretenu. Il est bien équipé surtout au niveau de la cuisine. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Et l'emplacement est idéal, en plein centre ville. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement, et nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir un peu plus longtemps cette fois ;)
