About this house rental
Well-equipped holiday home, ideal for 4/5 people, with a terrace to enjoy the sun, rest, eat outside, grill ... The beach is a few minutes walk. Two bikes are available for you to ride around. The residence is quiet, at the foot of the La Clape nature reserve, with pedestrian walkways and parking space, it has small local shops. The city center, with shops and entertainment, is around 500 meters away. Many excursions in the surroundings.
On the ground floor: New fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge with freezer, microwave, food processor, blender, steamer, yogurt maker, etc.) .)
Living room: dining table, fold-out sofa for two beds, TV, home cinema, available: CD, DVD, books, tourist documentation
Bathroom (shower) and separate toilet
Upstairs, two separate bedrooms:
A bedroom with a double bed and storage. A bedroom with two single bunk beds, a pull-out bed and storage
Tree-lined terrace, barbecue, table and garden furniture, overlooking a pedestrian lane.

Maison parfaite pour passer de bons moments en famille.
La maison est très bien équipée et très bien entretenue. Elle est proche des commerces et de la plage.
Les propriétaires font tout leur possible pour rendre le séjour agréable!. Je recommande cette location!

This is a very comfortable and clean holiday home with everything you need. Its less from 5 minutes from a large, sandy beach, and also close to shops and the best boulangerie in town. There is a parking space, and it was really useful to have the use of 2 bikes for cycling to the market in St-Pierre-La-Mer (15-20mins) and to beautiful Gruissan (60-90mins depending on the route).The lounge/diner/kitchen area is small but well laid out - so a good size for the 2 of us, and with enough dining seating for 2 more. The kitchen is newly fitted and has everything you need for cooking, baking, eating and drinking.There is a small patio area out front, also with seating for 4, which gets the evening sun, with no traffic to worry about as this is a complex of holiday homes that is largely pedestrianised. The shower works well (although a little mopping afterwards was necessary) and there is a separate toilet - all clean and comfortable.We only used the main bedroom, which is a little small but with plenty of cupboard and drawer space and a very comfortable bed. The pillows are more like large cushions, but most people I think drive from Germany or elsewhere in France and take their own bedding and towels. We paid a small supplement for bed linen and towels.The 2nd bedroom upstairs has bunkbeds and also seems comfortable.The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and showed us how everything worked and where everything was.
