This first floor flat, also accessible by a lift, is situated 150m from the beach, around the corner from bars, restaurants and cinéma, and 200m away from the centre of town (La Couarde).
The flat is a duplex and has been fully refurbished , with new flooring, furniture, bedding, appliances and decorations.
The ground level features a tiled floor and includes a hallway, bathroom, separate toilets, living room with a fully equipped open kitchen with 2 zone induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, multi-function oven, Nespresso coffee-maker, filter coffee machine, kettle and mixer

The bedroom is a loft conversion on the first floor of the flat, and has 2 single beds (80*190) which can be joined together, wooden floors, a window looking out into the living room and a Velux window above.
Very confortable for 2 people, it has the possibility of sleeping up to 4 using the sofa-bed (with a Bultex mattress 140*190) in the living-room.
The flat comes with an allocated parking space, access to the swimming pool and to the other amenities of the complex, including a bike shed.

Appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé. A proximité de la plage (3 minutes en vélo) et des commerces. Tout se fait en 20 minutes maximum en voiture sur l’île. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et l’accueil est parfait.

Cet appartement 2 pièces est IDEALEMENT placé à la Couarde 2 min de la plage, 2 min du coeur du village, 2 min du supermarché et 2 min de l'arrêt de bus.
Parfaitement meublé et équipé et décoré avec goût.
Les fenêtres double-vitrage permettent de ne pas être dérangé par les bruits extérieurs.
Le propriétaire est très réactif.

Il ne manque rien pour passer de bonnes vacances. Un restaurant un peu bruyant en face mais avec la fenêtre fermée tout redevient paisible.

Rien à dire sur le logement en soit , bien agencé et très soigné J émettrai une réserve concernant le garage à vélos où il n'y avait pas assez de places pour tout le monde et quartier très bruyant du fait du passage et de la présence d un bar situé juste en face avec soirées organisées tous les soirs jusqu'à 2h du matin.
