Recent functional and bright house, quiet location in a residential area on the Bordeaux hillsides in Bouliac.
The village is located "Rive droite" 15 minutes from the center of Bordeaux, 45 minutes from the Arcachon bay and the ocean beaches.
It is the starting point for many circuits in the heart of famous vineyards of Entre Deux Mers, Saint Emilion, Sauternes, Médoc ...

4 bedrooms of around 14 m² with air conditioning,
Equipped kitchen open to living room of approximately 50 m² itself opening onto a 130 m² wooden terrace, shaded by a awning, a 8x4m heated swimming pool secured by electric shutters, traditional sauna (4 places) and a jacuzzi ( 6 places).
Friendly outdoor environment: terrace with an outdoor cooking area (plancha, barbecue) and fully fenced garden with large trampoline and hut on stilts for children.

Lovely week spent in the area of Bordeaux. A modern and spacious house was well equiped for our stay with added bonuses of sauna and hot tub.Excellent location and a very friendly host. I would recommend this house to our friends.

It is a lovely modern house in a nice suburban development. A great pool, hot tub, trampoline and comfortable outdoor area with awning for shading. All modern appliances available. Excellent WiFi and entertainment system. Two chickens provide an egg most days. Thank you for our welcome pack. We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend.
