Apartment type 2 completely renovated in 2015, sleeps 4, 1 bedroom with double bed with storage chest, large closet with wardrobe and chest of drawers with three drawers overlooking sea side balcony equipped with 2 deckchairs. Very bright living room with sofa bed for 2 people, 2 armchairs, television, DVD, with access to balcony (table and 2 chairs). Fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, 2 bar stools. Shower room with large shower, 1 sink, electric towel dryer, hair dryer, washing machine, table and iron. Separate WC. Entrance hall with 2 closets.
Ideally located in a 3-star residence facing the large Val-André beach, in the city center, near the casino, the marine spa and all shops. weekly market, concerts and various summer events. free parking at the foot of the residence.

La propriétaire nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et un gâteau accompagné d'une bouteille de cidre. L'apoartement est quasiment en front de mer, il est super bien équipé et décoré avec énormément de goût. Je recomlande vivement cette adresse, d'où on peut naviguer :saint Malo, cap frehel, îles de brehat etc..

accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire qui fait tout pour rendre votre séjour très agréable. Merci encore pour toutes les attentions à notre arrivée. l'appartement est très propre, conforme au descriptif. tout est là , il me manque absolument rien. vous êtes à 1mn de la plage, tous les commerces essentiels à proximité et grande surface à quelques minutes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous n'avons qu'une envie, y retourner rapidement pour un séjour plus long.

Petit appartement idéalement situé près des commerces, de la plage. Il est lumineux, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé au niveau vaisselle, linge de toilette et de maison. La propriétaire est très agréable et sympathique. C'est une location que nous recommandons vivement.

L'appartement est idéalement situé au cœur de la station de Val André. Vue sur la mer et au centre des rues commerçantes. L'accueil de notre hôtesse parfait ! L'équipement est plus que correct pour des vacances, un bonheur de préparer le repas en regardant le Verdelet. Nous recommandons vivement et ne manquerons pas d'y séjourner à nouveau

Appartement situé entre le casino et le spa de Val-André, face à la mer, avec une vue magnifique... En termes d'équipements, tout est prévu pour y passer un bon séjour. Et les commerces sont tous à moins de 100m (boulangerie, poissonnerie, boucherie, primeur, chocolatier, épicier, etc.). Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

L'appartement est impeccable, décoré avec goût, et vraiment très bien situé. Rien n'y manque si l'on souhaite cuisiner, jouer, ou passer du temps sur les balcons. On ne se lasse pas de regarder la mer ou de se promener sur la plage. Les sentiers pédestres environnants sont magnifiques et les spécialités locales très plaisantes. L'accueil a de plus été fort sympathique. Toutes les conditions ont donc été réunies pour faire de ces quelques jours un séjour délicieux. Nous recommandons !
