T2 apartment on the ground floor of a house (the floor is not occupied during the rental) with very pleasant garden located in a small street 20 m from the sea and 100 m from shops.
It includes: living room with BZ sofa (sleeping 2 people)
Equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, electric barbecue, washing machine.
Bedroom with opening onto the garden, double bed.
Shower room and WC.
Small garden with terrace and garden furniture.
4 G network accessible in the sector.
Duvets and pillows for the 2 beds, duvet covers and sheets not provided but possibility to rent them.

The apartment is perfectly located, practically on the beach, opposite a grocery store (sells croissants etc in the morning) and steps from a variety of restaurants. The bed is comfortable and the outdoor Terrace is great! You do need to bring your own everything, like bin bags, coffee filters, toilet paper. Also, sheets and towels - though you can rent those. Would return.

Outside space is excellent - sun all day, garden furniture is very good. Inside is quite small to be honest, but it was what we expected so no surprises. Kitchen well fitted, crockery and utensils were very good, could definitely do with a sharp knife added. Bedroom, again as expected quite small, but good hanging space and drawers, only real complaint was only one bedside table, there was a normal dining chair being used on one side, not ideal. Bathroom was ok, although the shower pressure reduced as the week went on. Definitely what is needed is 2 shower mats, one in the shower itself and another outside the shower because the entrance to the shower is very narrow and quite difficult to get in and out of if you have any sort of mobility problem. To sum up, would I return to the property, most definitely. Location is perfect, the area with plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance, and the promenade and beach is amazing. We were a bit unlucky with the timing as there was major roadworks going on by the entrance to the road. Great place, and the communication with Baptise was easy.
