Old 19th century farmhouse. century entirely renovated by the current owner, the house offers a large living room + kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet on 90m² ground floor so easy access for disabled people. Closed courtyard at the front. Possibility to park the car there. At the rear, covered terrace overlooking fully enclosed garden. The garden opens onto a large meadow which is part of the property. The look extends from this point on a landscape typical of the Périgord region.
We invite you to come and breathe calm.
Located at the border between white Périgord and black Périgord, this rental has a central position which allows you to shine throughout the region, traveling on average short distances to access the various tourist sites. Certainly, in the south, the Dordogne valley (Sarlat) like the Vézère valley (Les Eyzies) no longer have a reputation to make. But we should not forget the north of the region, the Périgord vert, with here again a variety of visits and walks: the Villars cave, the Puyguilhem castle, Bourdeille, Brantôme, ...
And of course, the essential is surely the capital of the Dordogne, Périgueux, which brings together all the vestiges of the development of the region over the course of history.

La propriété est très agréable, spacieuse et très tranquille au milieu d'un grand jardin. Nous y avons joué à Colin-maillard. La maison est très propre. L'accès est facile avec un seul escalier à l'entrée. Le séjour est grand avec une table de ferme. Nous avons pu y préparer les repas tout en jouant aux jeux de société. De plus, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable car au calme et bon point de départ pour les visites. Il y a tant de choses à voir ! (monuments et animaux sauvages traversant la route).
Amis sportifs, vous pouvez utiliser votre vélo...attention les côtes sont longues :)
Sinon nous avons été accueillis par le papa (arrivée et départ) qui nous avait indiqué par téléphone ses désirata en terme d'horaire. Il nous raconte l'histoire de la maison et combien ses enfants lui manquent. Nous lui souhaitons d'ailleurs un prompt rétablissement.
