About this house rental
In the heart of the Périgord Noir, stone house of 90 m2 comfortable, classified furnished with tourism 3 stars, located on a fenced plot of 2000m2, in a hamlet.
It comprises on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a separate kitchen with an adjoining pantry, a WC, a lounge and dining room.
At there?floor, two bedrooms, a bathroomwater and a toilet.

Quiet, without being isolated, 3 km from shops and the Dordogne river: supervised beach, canoeing and fishing.
Hiking and mountain biking trails, accessible from rental.
Leisure park nearby.
This house is located on a landscaped plot of 2000m2, fully fenced, in a hamlet, on the hillsides between the Dordogne and Vézère valleys, an ideal starting point for visiting all the tourist sites of Périgord: Gouffre de Proumeyssac, Les Eyzies, Sarlat, Lascaux, castles, gardens? without forgetting the regional gastronomy.

COUX ET BIGAROQUE is a charming little town in the Dordogne in the heart of the Périgord Noir.
The steep countryside is underlined by the seven kilometers of the Dordogne river and offers varied landscapes.
During your walks, you will discover a rich and well preserved heritage: churches, castles, ovens, laundries, fountains etc ...
Nearby, also visit legendary tourist sites such as the medieval city of SARLAT, the villages
cave dwellings, the LASCAUX cave, the castles of the Dordogne valley or the unspoiled landscapes of the Vézère valley.
Leisure will alternate between beach, hikes, bike or gabare, canoe, golf, tennis etc ...
The tradition of the table is not an empty word in Périgord Noir. Each village conceals the treasures of Perigord gastronomy, the choices are multiple: hare stuffed with foie gras, thin slice of truffle on a salad of duck gizzards etc ...

Tolles Haus im landesüblichen Stil. Beste Ausstattung ,mehr als beschrieben.Netter Empfang durch die engagierten Vermieter.Alles wurde erklärt und hilfreiche Tips für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Absolut ungestörte Lage. Sehr grosser eingefriedigter Garten.Sehr guter Standort um Sehenswürdigkeiten an Vezere und Dordogne zu erkunden.Kurze Wege um verschiedene Wochenmärkte zu erreichen.

La maison est agréable et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires au bon déroulement du séjour. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et attentionnés. La situation géographique au calme est parfaite pour visiter la région dont les activités et sites sont nombreux. A recommander.

Maison très propre et accueillante, très fonctionnelle, conforme au descriptif et tout cela dans un cadre magnifique. Des propriétaires très accueillants pour un séjour dans cette maison et région charmante. Un séjour reposant et parfait ! Un excellent point de départ pour les visites, et de petits commerçants très sympathiques dans le proche village. Je la recommande vivement ! PS: un super pack bébé avec baignoire lit et table à langer qui facilite la vie des jeunes parents ;-))
