Charming town house, in quiet and pleasant area, 50 m from the parks and the Allier, 15 minutes from the city center, near the Lardy pole and Cavilam. Bright house comprises ground floor: living room, kitchen and toilet overlooking a courtyard, well exposed to sunlight. On the floor 3 rooms (2 beds 160x200 and 1 bed 100x200), a room of water with a big shower and a TOILET. The ground floor communicates on one side with a closed courtyard, the other on a terrace equipped with a garden furniture with pergola and a closed parking.

Lovely town house with secure, private parking.Pleasant terrace garden with plenty of seating and shade if needed.Easy 20 min walk into centre of town through riverside park. Supermarket 3 min walk away.
