Absolutely lovely place, spacious, clean, amazing views. You can walk into town, fantastic river swimming close by - in Lebaume and all over! You can walk up behind the place and get great views of the area. The pool is perfect for dipping in when too hot, or for kids splashing about, not for exercise swimming as its quite small. You need to take your own linen. Very friendly owner who leaves you alone to have a wonderful holiday. Thanks Daniel! Sorry not to get to say goodbye! Gail

Ein tolles Haus mit einem tollen Vermieter, der immer bereit war zu helfen. Das Haus war extrem großzügig geschnitten für uns fünf und die Aussicht von beiden Terrassen war einfach atemberaubend.Das einzige "Manko" waren die zahllosen Mücken. Wir würden immer wieder kommen...

Leider konnten wir die schöne Ferienwohnung wegen der vielen Mücken nicht richtig genießen: Die tolle Terrasse konnte man nach 09:00 morgens nicht mehr nutzen, den Pool gar nicht. Die Anzahl der Mücken war einfach zu groß - alle 2min ein Stich. Vor den Fenstern sind keine Mückengitter, wir konnten sie deshalb nur morgens kurz öffnen und haben danach die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet. In der übrigen Ardeche, auch direkt am Fluss, gab es kaum Mücken. Das scheint ein lokales Problem zu sein. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön und top ausgestattet - deutlich schöner als auf den Fotos mit tollen Panoramafenstern und Blick ins Tal. Der Vermieter ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Es wär gut, wenn vor der Anreise die Spinnen entfernt würden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher können gegen Gebühr ausgeliehen werden.

Wir haben Mitte September 21 zwei traumhafte Wochen in dem schönen Ferienhaus von Monsieur Daniel verbracht - ein sympathischer, herzlicher Gastgeber, der uns seine Olivenölproduktion ebenso persönlich präsentiert hat wie seine Olivenbaumplantage - 1.000 Bäume unterschiedlichen Alters und unterschiedlicher Herkunft. Das Haus hat mit drei klimatisierten Schlafzimmern, einem offenen Wohn- Essbereich und einer tollen Terrasse mit Panoramablick alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Der kleine Privatpool hat uns bei knapp 30 Grad einige erholsame Stunden beschert. In der Umgebung gibt es jede Menge tolle Ausflugsziele und Wanderrouten. Absolutes Muss ist neben dem Besuch der Höhlennachbildung CHAUVET 2 eine Wildwasserkanutour auf der Ardeche!

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à Ruoms. L'appartement est très propre et offre tout le confort possible. La piscine était l'endroit préféré de nos enfants. Les planches de bois étaient recouvertes de gazon artificiel, que nous avons trouvé très agréable (et doux pour nos pieds). La grande terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur Ruoms et le reste de la région. Le centre de Ruoms est à seulement cinq minutes à pied. Emplacement idéal ! Un remerciement spécial au propriétaire Daniel, qui nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux. Il a toujours été discret mais a donné beaucoup d'informations et de conseils quand on lui a demandé. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la visite des oliveraies et la dégustation d'huile d'olive, nous la recommandons vivement ! En bref, c'est un super lieu de vacances. Il nous manque déjà, et certainement aux enfants, et nous espérons y retourner un jour.

Très grand gîte permettant d'accueillir sans problèmes 6 personnes. Très bien equipé et situé à 10 minute à pieds du centre du village (demander au propriétaire de vous indiquer le raccourci passant par l'arrière de sa propriété). La piscine est suffisamment grande et en très bon etat. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous recommandons cet hébergement !

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse! Man kann weit über das Tal sehen und den romantischen Sonnenuntergang bewundern! In der Wohnküche ist alles vorhanden, was man für's eigene Kochen und Backen braucht, aber das Le Terminus-Restaurant und einige andere in Ruoms (im Ort) sind sehr zu empfehlen! Die Gegend ist natürlich wunderbar zum Wandern und Kanufahren in der Ardeche (alles unweit erreichbar). Der Hausbesitzer ist ein aussergewöhnlich freundlicher Mensch und nimmt sich bei allen Fragen Zeit für seine Gäste und ist sehr mit seiner Region bekannt! Die besten Tipps haben wir von ihm bekommen! Er besitzt eine beeindruckende Olivenplantage, die er auf Wunsch auch zeigt und die Herstellung des Öles eindrucksvoll erklärt! Wir waren begeistert und fahren dort sicherlich mit unserer ganzen Familie wieder hin! Haben uns über die Bekanntschaft sehr gefreut!

M. Daniel est un propriétaire de maison très agréable qui est toujours prêt à fournir des informations supplémentaires. La maison elle-même est spacieuse et équipée de tout confort. C'est dans un endroit très calme avec une large vue sur la vallée. Le centre de Ruoms est à proximité. La piscine est située plus bas que la maison. Pour nous, elle était certainement assez grande. Le seul point qui pourrait être amélioré sont les planches de bois à côté de la piscine. qui doivent être remplacées car certainement elles ne sont pas sans danger pour des enfants. Nous reviendrons.... espérons déjà fin mai.

Maison très agréable de plein pied très pratique avec des enfants. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse avec sa très belle vue, la proximité avec la plage au bord de l'Ardèche et le village de Ruoms très sympathique (glaciers, restaurants, boutiques...). Et surtout l'accueil du propriétaire très gentil, très accueillant, très flexible et très à l'écoute. Nous avons visité avec plaisir sa fabrique d'huile d'olive et dégusté ses huiles que nous recommandons.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette charmante maison bien équipée, propre et agréable pour une famille avec 3 enfants. Le propriétaire est un homme extrêmement sympathique et jovial, tout en sachant rester discret, la communication avec lui a été forte agréable. nous avons également visité sa petite entreprise d'huile d'olive, ce qui a ravi les enfants. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, heeft veel leuke tips qua activiteiten in de omgeving. Mooi uitzicht vanaf balkon! Zwembad ligt op beneden verdieping en hiervoor moet je over het terrein lopen. Location que je recommande. Situé sur un versant avec une vue sur Ruoms et les autres villages. Idéal pour les vacanciers qui aiment les randonnées, les visites des villages pittoresques, le canoé et les bons petits restaurants au prix très raisonnable.... Pour revenir à la location: rien à redire, nous avons trouvé tout le confort idéal. Chambres spacieuses avec des rangements. Grande salle de bains + 1salle d'eau. Cuisine super équipée. 2 grandes terrasses. Et naturellement la piscine. Nous recommandons à 100% et le prix est justifié. Côté restaurant : je vous recommande le Douce France à St Alban Auriolles. .

Très agréable séjour. La maison est très jolie et dispose de beaucoup de commodités pour une location saisonnière. Merci a Mr Tourre pour son accueil et sa sympathie. Nous regrettons de ne pas être restés plus longtemps et reviendrons très certainement.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables à Ruoms. La maison dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin, la vue à partir de la terrasse est magnifique. En plus, Ruoms est bien situé pour visiter la belle région de l'Ardèche. Le propriétaire est très gentil et correct. Nous et nos 4 fils (entre 7 et 11 ans) pouvons vraiment recommander ce logement!
