Beautiful location, very relaxing and so close to everything. A truly lovely property and house.
Due to personal physical restrictions, the split levels (& therefore stairs) from room to room or area to area (pool > deck > outdoor entertaining > lounge > kitchen/bathroom > bedroom) was an issue for me. But this is also a feature of the house design and wouldn’t be an issue for those with full mobility. An upgrade on kitchen crockery, cutlery and utensils would be a lovely touch.

All was great, would be fabulous if there was another bathroom or even just toilet. Toilet in the bathroom was a struggle with a few ladies.

Nice location
It was poorly maintained and not cleaned well inside eg. fridge smelled like fish and not at all outside eg. Outdoor setting was covered in spiders and bird poo. We had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people, someone’s belongings were left behind. The wifi didn’t work and the insects were ridiculous and all throughout the house, even when doors and windows were closed. The wifi didn’t work and we didn’t get any resolution from contact with host.
