My only concern about the property was mouse droppings on window sills, closet around children’s toys and even in the dish towel drawer in the kitchen.

I’d give this property a solid 10. I would definitely share it with my friends and go back again.
It was really wonderful staying and an authentic Pueblo style home and gave me and my friends and family a taste of Santa Fe we wouldn’t have had otherwise. From the extruded tile floors to the corner fireplace and the beautiful little patio outback everything was terrific.
We had planned on cooking and were pleased with a huge well stocked Kitchen. I’ve visited many VRBO’s and have never experienced such a great kitchen. Thank you to the owners for providing this cook a cooks kitchen!
The location was great in that it was maybe 2 miles outside of Santa Fe and felt like the middle of nowhere. We enjoyed feeling remote but close by to everything. We rented a car and had no problem finding a parking space in Santa Fe anytime we went into town.
We did have one surprise. There was a gate into the property that required us to get out and unlock it Each time we entered and exited. We considered this a bonus because it was a remote area and added a degree of safety.
Our property manager was always available.
