The house itself was clean and very comfortable and rooms were as described.The shared hall bath has some deferred maintenance issues but was adequate for our stay.The exterior and yard area was very poorly maintained and in need of a lot of work. Plants are dead, paint peeling, some of the outdoor furniture is broken and lots of dead branches on trees. Dead leaves had not been cleaned up on the patio area.We attempted to reach the house manager by phone regarding an early check in and never received a reply to our voicemail message.Clean laundry was delivered and left on the front porch midweek with no notice from the house manager so we brought it into the entry hall.The hall bath lavatory is discolored and chipped and faucets are leaking. There was mold in the tub/shower.Kitchen was well equipped and clean and appliances were all in good working order.Furnishings are good quality and the artwork was exceptional.Beds were all comfortable and linens were good quality.

We had a great stay. Property is minutes from plaza but near I -25 so convenient to other popular sites. Most convenient of any place I have stayed in Santa Fe.

Lovely art, comfortable beds, well equipped and clean. . Only complaint…would put more comfortable seating in living room. I think A home that sleeps 8 should seat more than 5 people in the living area.
