About this apartment rental
Charming apartment of 75 m2 that can accommodate 8 people, with balcony and terrace, facing south, very bright, in a private chalet (three apartments in all), private parking. Exceptional environment 4 minutes walk from the heart of the village of Monetier les Bains, shops, and the departure of the shuttles. The start of the slopes is 15 minutes on foot, otherwise the shuttle is 4 minutes.
On the ground floor a heated room for skis, boots, jackets, bikes, etc.
A bathroom with bath, dryer and washing machine.
A south-facing terrace with table, barbecue, deckchair, etc.
Ground floor 1: Two bedrooms, one with a large double bed, another with three single beds, and separate toilet.
Ground floor: Living room of 25 m2, with fully equipped kitchen, dining room table (extendable to 8 places), lounge area with fireplace (wood provided). Breathtaking view of the entire valley. A balcony to the south, and a large terrace to the north (shared with the neighboring apartment) with outdoor table.
In R + 3: Room in mezzanine with room of water and toilet.
