About this chalet rental
Ideally located, near the centre of the village (300 m from the church), in a quiet area, this warm family chalet has been completely renovated to offer all the comfort you could wish for and spend a rejuvenating, family, sporty holiday...
It has a large 40 m² terrace with a lot of sunshine, with a view of the village, the ski slopes, the glaciers and the bottom of the valley, as far as Briançon. This terrace can be used in summer, but also in winter because it is sheltered from the prevailing wind.
The chalet can accommodate 8 people (+ BB bed); a BZ sofa in the living room can help out.
Organized on two levels, and with a total surface area of 100 m2 (Carrez law surface; the 1st floor is located under the roof and part of the rooms has underslopes of less than 1.8 m in height).
On the first floor
- an entrance hall with storage,
- a bathroom (shower) WC
- a closed, fully equipped kitchen with a hallway at the back
- a bedroom (2 bunk beds)
- a living/dining room
- a reading corner with a BZ sofa.
On the 1st floor:
- three bedrooms (2 with double bed 140*190 and 1 with 2 single beds 80*190 ).
- bathroom + WC
You will also have a private parking for 2 cars, cleared of snow in winter.
The chalet is located on a large plot of 2000 m2 (meadow and small wood) - ideal for children. In summer it is possible to enjoy the production of cherry trees, currants and raspberries.

Le chalet "La Divaria" est très bien situé dans un environnement calme et idéal, à proximité du centre du village.
Chalet familial très chaleureux et très bien équipé.
Hôte et personne référente sur place très agréables.
Séjour dont nous garderons un excellent souvenir.

Chalet correspondant à l'annonce, il manque de la place pour se garer, mais nous avons adoré la pièce principale et la grande chambre individuelle.
Rien ne manque sur le plan matériel et ménager, (cuisson, lave-vaisselle ..... et couverts + verres en quantité suffisante).
A revoir toutefois le chauffage (réglage aléatoire des radiateurs)
Au final nous avons passé de belles vacances en famille et en plus sous le soleil.
