This large and venerable house "Le Clos Marie" built around 1850 was completely renovated in 2016/2017. It is located both in the centre of the village, near the shops, and also on the outskirts of the built-up areas, with a magnificent and breathtaking view facing the mountains, close to the slopes. (300 metres) You can do everything on foot without taking the car! This apartment is well equipped, functional and suitable for large families with young children. Smoking is not allowed in the house (smell and fire risk). The large garden, enclosed and wooded, is available to tenants. Garden tables, deckchairs and barbecue provided for very pleasant meals under the hundred-year-old pear trees facing the Monétier glaciers.
