In a villa located by the beach, we offer you our small haven of peace of 60m2. Perfectly equipped for 4 people.
This apartment offers an idyllic setting for a peaceful holiday with family or friends.
It is composed as follows:
Raised first floor
1 living room with fireplace and open-plan kitchen. (new equipment)
1 double bedroom (bed 160x190)
1 bathroom
1 toilet
Mezzanine (due to the staircase, we do not recommend this accommodation for children under 3 years old.)
1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x190)
and small reading corner
Wifi and linen (quality) included
End of stay cleaning included
Very quiet environment, great luminosity in this crossing apartment: veranda and small garden on the sea side, very large garden with old pines and cypresses at the back.
You will appreciate the proximity to the beach, the exceptional view, the sunsets over the Cap de Carteret
You will enjoy walks or bike rides, the many markets nearby, the large beach where swimming is supervised in summer, fishing on foot in the rocks at low tide.
For the more sporty, golf and equestrian centre about 1 km away, sailing school in Carteret (3km) or Porbail (5 km)
You will find local shops in Barneville Plage, all shops and facilities in Barneville bourg.

A very nice location with seaview and close to the beach. Barneville is very centrally located and the great and sometime enormous beaches are within 30 minutes car-distance. The house is surrounded by a pretty big garden, with all kinds of possibilities, including car park. The interior is simple but clean and adequate. We cooked daily and all necessary items were available. Fresh food markets circle around close-by villages. A very kind host was present shortly after arrival to explain about the property and the nearby region possibilities. All and all recommended for sure, especially after-season!

The property is nicely situated close to the beach. The glass-protected veranda allows a very nice view on the ocean and the shady garden - protected by a large hedge - is a good option for breakfast, rest in an armchair and reading.
The owners's sister in law received us after arrival for hand-over and the owner arrived two days before our departure for check out.
We were invited for a cocktail and the relationship was more like between good neighbors rather than between owner and tenant.

Ce séjour a été excellent. Le gîte est confortable et les contacts avec les propriétaires ont été chaleureux et très aidant. La maison se trouver en face de la plage ce qui nous permet dès le matin d'aller y marcher et se baigner.
Les environs sont magnifiques et méritent d'être connus. Ce fut un séjour de randonnées et de quiétude.
