This charming house located in an old fishing village, is a privileged place to rest alone or with family. You will appreciate it for its absolute calm and its proximity to the sea. You can easily access by bicycle, on foot, or by car to the villages of Barneville or Carteret, to its beaches, but also to its seaside restaurants, its typical markets and its local shops.
The house consists of a large living room, a living room with fireplace, and an American kitchen opening onto a large garden facing south.
On the first floor a large master bedroom with a double bed of 160, as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower, and WC.
On the second floor a very large bedroom with two 90 cm beds, convertible into a 180 bed, if necessary, a large office or games area.
The house is equipped with a large TV screen, Internet access and WIFI.
Possible excursions from Carteret, the Channel Islands (Jersey / Guernesay ...), Mont St. Michel at 1:30, the city of the sea, the casino, the theater in Cherbourg in Corentin.
