In the heart of the Corbières, you will find this modern style house. The house is surrounded by a fully landscaped park of 5000 m² (with a pool of koi carp), many pines, olive trees, laurels, lavender, cypresses etc. This region is very well known for its excellent wines and its multiple Cathar castles, including the Château de PEYREPERTUSE, the largest citadel in the medieval south of the Middle Ages after the city of Carcassonne. By car or even by bike, you can enjoy the space of the region and the incessant vines of the Corbières in the heart of an always wild nature. You are only 20 minutes from Narbonne or the Bages lake with its flamingos and 30 minutes from the beaches The village is in the middle of Languedoc outdoor activities are numerous RAFTING CANYONING HYDROSPEED 1 hour..visit the Cathar castles .. city Carcassonne .. canal du midi ..

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely gîte in Languedoc. The location was ideal and very peaceful, yet within easy reach of everything the area has to offer. Whether you’re exploring local vineyards, historic towns, or scenic countryside, this place puts you close to it all.The gîte itself was well-equipped and super comfortable. The air-conditioning was a welcome relief during the hot summer days, and the outdoor amenities made it even more special. We loved spending lazy afternoons by the pool and grilling up meals on the barbecue in the evenings.A special mention goes to Hilux, the resident dog—so friendly and well-mannered, he made us feel right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the best of what southern France has to offer!We would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa. Absolutely beautiful house and immaculately kept.
Easy to check in and a great relaxing break.
Kids (11 and 15) loved the pool - so do the adults.
Would definitely recommend and would come back again.

We stayed at the house for two weeks mid September and it offers all you need: spacious, amenities, pool, outside and inside seating areas and companionship of the dog and the cat (if she was up to it). The environment is brilliant with ample options for sightseeing, vineyards and 23 amazing MTB trails. We will be back!

This Gite is in superb condition and is excellently located to explore the Pyrénées, Mediterranean Coast and the medieval history of the area. Oh, and the wine. Located on the outskirts of a small quiet village the Gite has all the amenities one could ask for in a holiday including a lovely pool, fruit trees and grape vines (for eating). The village has a bakery, wine store and small supermarket. The owner, who lives next door, is charming and incredibly helpful. A thoroughly enjoyable stay in early September.
