About this villa rental
Recently built villa on 1 ha plot located in a valley between Bedar and Antas, 3 km away from the motorway Almería-Alicante. Easy access via a 2 km road in good condition.
Part of the garden is planted with decorative trees such as palm trees, banana trees, and bougainvilleas; most of them are planted around the swimming pool, which is 10x5 m big and includes a paddling pool for small children. There are safety fences all around as to protect the children.
Two garages and a large parking space for several cars are available.
There are many terraces all around the villa. There, you can sunbath or relax under the shades on very hot days. In summer, the patio, decorated with a fountain, is the perfect place to eat breakfast.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a storeroom, separate toilets for guests, a large living room (with two sofas, a television, a stereo system, a CD and a DVD player), and a large kitchen (with a fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster, and all the necessary utensils). You can take your meals outside all year round. Otherwise, there is a small table for 4 people by the kitchen and another, for 8, in the upstairs dining room. On the ground floor, you will also find the main bedroom, which includes an en-suite bathroom and offers a view of the swimming pool.
A marble staircase leads you upstairs, where you will find the dining room; the table there can also serve as a game table. An Internet connection is available. There are three other bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom includes an en-suite shower room and an access to the terrace.
An air-conditioning system has been installed in all the bedrooms as well as on the ground floor.
By the swimming pool, there is a separate studio flat (without air conditioning) with a double bed, two single beds, a kitchenette, and a shower room.

This is the best place we have ever stayed, host is helpful and offers a great experience.
Property is the perfect setting to be away from main towns and have amazing views including at night.
We will be booking again.

Our stay at Villa Clairol was idyllic. Our family joined us to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary and everyone agreed that the size and location of the villa was perfect to ensure a good time was had by all. Olivier was always on hand if there was any questions or problems, for example,the bbq gas bottle was almost empty and after texting him, he came with a full bottle within 5 minutes!! The villa is very spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. Olivier had generously provided some food and drink to welcome us and there were basic toiletries in every bathroom. The grandchildren enjoyed playing table tennis, boules and volleyball. The internet was sufficient for everyones devices and Tv channels were excellent, when required to follow the rugby etc... The location is peaceful and private, but not isolated as there are other large villas in the area. A car is necessary but the views are incredible down to the sea at Mojacar, with its supermarkets and restaurants, only a 15 minute drive away.
The heated swimming pool was fantastic, never falling below 28 degrees, and was in use every day. The beautiful gardens , with lots of palms and bougainvillea , were a haven for birds and kept tidy by a team of gardeners. The only thing missing was a lemon tree, which would be nice for our G&Ts at sundown..haha!!
We would like to thank Olivier for his hospitality and look forward to a return visit to Villa Clairol in the future.

maison nichée dans les montagnes, tranquille pour les vacances, bien située près de Mojacar village et plage et garrucha
la maison est grande et spacieuse, la piscine est top et adaptée pour les + petits
le propriétaire parle très bien Français lol
nous avons passé 1 bon séjour avec 15j de soleil le seul point à améliorer serait la clim dans le studio et 1 énorme tapette à mouches (car elles sont nombreuses!!!)
