Benidorm - La Cala - apartment in 1st line magnificent sea view impregnable

Has almost everything you need for a beach getaway. Well equipped kitchen, tv,(pay extra for foreign language channels}, internet for 22 euros a week. 7th floor with a lift and lovely balcony overlooking the town and beach. Be prepared to climb a few stairs up to the building. Could use some instructions for the washing machine and maybe some information about the buses, local car hire and shopping. Also know that there may not be any dishwasher soap, hand soap or washer soap. I think that anything that the previous renters may have left behind is taken away by the cleaning crew because I have never rented a place before that had nothing that had been left by the previous tenants. The owners are super considerate. Checking in with us a number of times during the stay to make sure that everything is OK. The rental office where the keys are picked up could have been a little more responsive. They were not open at the times that were published on their office door and we had to wait around to get the keys from them. All in all I highly recommend this flat because the price and location are unbeatable.

I left a pice of my heart in this place - La Cala itself and the apartment. The location is perfect! La Cala cozy beach 1 min walk and 20 steps, endless Benidorm beach 7 min across the hill, used it on weekends when La Cala is overcrowded. Breathtaking view from the balcony, fully equipped kitchen. We used the pool a fiev times, it is kept clean and not overchlorinated. My little son loved it. Please not that the apartment is up the hill, there are 3 ways leading there - 2 steep stairs and one gentle sloping road. All you need is in the walking distance - supermarket, bus stop, taxis, playgrounds, restaurants. The contact person mr. Manuel is very helpful and polite. The only "but" if found for myself is a week soundproofing of the walls, and you will hear every move of your neighbours especially if the go to bed after midnight. But I'm a light sleeper. Earplugs would do. Will be happy to stay there again.

Just arrived back from a weeks stay in this cosy apartment. Firstly, the owner Michel was very helpful from the beginning, was able to be contacted if needed throughout the stay, and checked to see if we had departed and arrived home safely. The apartment is located approx. 2mins from the beach. You are able to walk to the beach one of three ways, either down the road and turn right about 5 or 6 mins, down the (steep) steps directly opposite the apartments 2 mins or down the steps to the left of the apartments 1 min. There are a nice selection of restaurants and bars within the local area, particularly "Winnies Bar" which had great food and the staff were excellent with the kids and "Molly Malone's" which was a dream for the sports fan (3 tvs showing plenty of sport) but not rowdy or unwelcoming as some other places are further towards Benidorm. On arrival at the apartment we collected the keys with no fuss. The apartment is decent sized and there was plenty of room for us (2 adults/2 kids) The kitchen has every thing we needed and a good sized fridge to keep food and drink chilled. The balcony is quite large compared to some, and has plenty of room and equipment to dry clothes etc, and to sit in the sun. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived and bed linen was freshly laundered and just needed to be put on the beds. The apartment has air con which can also heat and there is an oil filled radiator that we used occasionally when the temp dropped a little at night. We paid £22 euros to turn on the wifi for 7 nights and this was done by speaking to someone in the local rental/letting shop. Great value and kept the kids entertained with their devices. The pool was having maintenance work carried out for the most part during our stay, (no fault of the owner, who apologised once he became aware) and on the day we did use it it was very cold and the kids preferred the sea as it was warmer. The pool area is secluded and I imagine will be great when it heats up a little. As we like to walk we often walked into the old town which is about an hours stroll and sometimes further, a taxi costs about 7-10 euros one way I have rated this 5 stars for the overall experience of a clean, tidy and well maintained apartment, in a great location, with a helpful and knowledgeable owner. We enjoyed our stay that much, we were checking available dates for later in the year before we came home!

My friend and I arrived late at night at La Cala by Bus,We had been to Benidorm several time's but only to the New Town,We were able to get our key's to the apartment from Peters Restaurant a few yards from where the coach dropped us off, They call him Pepe, A Cheeky smileing happy chappy,He showed us the way,The apartment was amazing Clean and spotless, Change of Beading in the wardrobe,The view in the morning was quite something off the balcony nice clean sandy beach,I will be returning to La Cala a part I had not seen before,the apartment is on the 7th floor,the lift takes you within a door or two to the apartment,No problems there.I say thank you to the owners and every success to their New venture. Apto. excelentemente localizado, vistas do Apto deveras muito bonitas. Zona bem localizada com toda a variedade de lojas e restaurantes á distância de 2 passos Apto. com tudo o que era necessário para a confeção de refeiçoes. Recomendo

Nos encantó el dueño muy presente en la comunicación y una persona realmente amable y simpática. Cómodo apartamento con todo lo necesario. limpio y bien mantenido. muy cerca se encuentra la playa y no muy lejos se puede llegar a la ciudad de benidorm caminando por la playa. hay muchos parques y museos tanto cerca como si tienes coche alicante murcia y valencia. Recomiendo este alojamiento a todo el mundo. Gracias de nuevo a los propietarios.

Appartement très bien situé sur la Cala, à 15 min de Benidorm. Plage très sécurisée Gérant très disponible et à l’écoute ! Je recommande Merci pour ce séjour.

El apartamento algo ajustado para 4 personas y una mascota, lo mejor del apartamento la terraza y las vistas y la comunicación con Michel, el propietario del apartamento, que tras hablar de algunos aspectos ......con él, se comprometió a mejorar algunas cosas, para hacer más confortable la estancia a los inquilinos. Posiblemente volvamos ........ Saludos a todos os deseo unas felices vacaciones.

This is our second visit to this apartment. It has everything you need. Very clean. Fabulous views of sea and mountain. Beautiful pool. Everywhere is spotless. La Cala Finestrat is lovely, plenty of bars and restaurants. Michell is very friendly. He messages and is always available if you need anything. People in the Agency are also very helpful. We would definitely return. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Lille bolig passer til to , men ikke en jeg vi vil anbefale da sengene er rigtig dårlige og rengøring ikke perfekt . Har aldrig ankommet til en bolig der var så tom , brugstingene i køkkenet var virkelig dårlig ikke engang et vinglas måtte selv købe vinglas . Hilsen Ragnild og Evald Danmark

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé, dans un quartier tranquille avec belle vue sur la mer. Appartement très propre et très bien conçu pour des vacances idéales. Propriétaire très gentil et surtout préoccupé du bien être de ses locataires, nous a donné de bons conseil quant aux restaurants situés à proximité, ainsi que pour les visites des alentours. Merci à vous pour tout cela.

Appartement très agréable au 7 étage et dernier ,vue magnifique sur la Cala ,vue mer, Résidence sécurisée , garage en dessous de l'immeuble, gardien très sympa. Très bien.

Très bon sejour a la Cala, appartement très bien placé les pieds dans l'eau avec une vue magnifique , nous y serions restés plus longtemps ,on ne se lasse pas.

This apartment and the owner are fantastic, really enjoyed my time here, the only down side is its at top of a hill and I don't walk very well these days, if Michel had an apartment on flat surface, I would always rent off him, the guy really cannot do enough, real pleasure doing business with him!

Would highly recommend this apartment for views and space. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent position for visiting Benidorm regular bus service to all areas. Owner very helpful with pick up and drop off of keys and useful information on bars and restaurants in the area. Will definitely return.
