New house, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a large living room (living room, dining room, open kitchen with bar) opening onto a 25 m² covered terrace.
Ideally located for your leisure and outings, this house located north of the Ile d'Oléron allows you to benefit from the protected beaches of the East coast (opposite the Ile de Ré) and the large beaches of the West coast with a more hectic sea (surfers beach).
The port and its beach (La Boierie) offer you many leisure activities and services:
- a beach club for children,
- a sailing school
- sea trips to Ile dAix, Fort Boyard, La Rochelle,
- Sea fishing trips
- rental of pleasure boats.
You can also take advantage of the municipal tennis courts and mini golf.
The Chassiron lighthouse (1.5 km), which you can visit, will enlighten you on your night walks.
The cycle paths will allow you to discover the interior of the island (the salt marshes) and the seaside.

Ein sehr ruhiges Haus mit einem wunderbaren Strand sowie schönen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker/tägl. Markt) leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Besonders ist die überdachte Terrasse sowie drei Schlafzimmer, alle mit en-suite Bad mit sehr schönen Duschen. Hier hat man wirklich seine Ruhe, sehr empfehlenswert!
Une maison tranquille avec une très belle plage et boulangerie + marché, tout accessible à pied. La terrasse sous un toit et trois chambres avec en-suite chambres de bain sont exceptionnelles. Une maison parfaite pour se sentir chez soi en tranquilité, vraiment très recommandable!

Großzügige geräumige und saubere Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung; wenige Minuten zu Fuß zu einem tollen Badestrand und trotzdem in relativ zentraler Ortslage; sehr nette und bemühte Vermieterin und auch Verwalterin; wunderbar geeignet für Familien mit bis zu vier Kindern oder 6 Erwachsenen; sehr gute Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder und KFZ. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen gern wieder. Dankeschön, Mme Cornu.
