In the La Chaume district, located on the other side of the access channel to the marina, 300 m by the "passeur" boat from the large beach of Sables d'Olonne.

South and West facing. 30 M ² terraces. Private courtyard of 12 m². Garden Lounge. Barbecue. Pets not allowed.
The house is on one floor, the living room and the south facing terrace are upstairs; not overlooked.
On the ground floor there is a courtyard and an outdoor shower.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.
