A duplex apartment of 70m ² south on the 3rd floor in small residence. Original apartment by its boat style. All comfort and excellent services.
2 BEDROOMS + 1 BEDROOM (20m2, height 2,50m) on mezzanine.
Terrace of 10m ² on a quiet place where the children can play (forbidden to traffic)
Capbreton beach and Hossegor beach at 800m.
The apartment comprises 7 beds:
- 1 room on the ground floor with bed 140
- Upstairs a bedroom with a bed of 140 on the mezzanine and
1 room with 2 bunk beds of 90 and 1 bed of 90
- A living room with sofa and armchairs with TV + DVD player + WIFI
- A dining room with table and chairs for 7 people
- Equipped American kitchen: with oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave
- Umbrella bed available
- Iron and ironing board
- A bathroom (bath) with 1 washing machine
- A terrace with garden table and chairs
- A bicycle garage
-Private vehicle parking

Très bon séjour à Cap-Breton dans le Duplex de Sophie. Très bien équipé, très propre, conforme aux photos et adapté pour les tous petits. La propriétaire a été très arrangeante et disponible. Je recommande.

Appartement agréable et propre, bien équipé, avec literie confortable.
Il est situé au niveau du port de Capbreton, à 10 min à pied du centre et de la plage de Capbreton, ainsi que du centre d'Hossegor (et 15 min de la plage d'Hossegor). Des commerces et bons restaurants à proximité.
La propriétaire et la personne qui nous a accueillis à l'arrivée sont toutes deux d'une grande gentillesse, disponibles en cas de besoin, et arrangeantes concernant l'heure d'arrivée et de départ.
Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille, merci à nouveau !

Fuimos 7 amigos del 4 al 7 de octubre. El apartamento está situado Capbreton a unos 20 minutos andando del centro de Hossegor.
El tamaño del apartamento se adapta perfectamente al número de huéspedes, y se encuentra perfectamente equipado (a excepción de las sábanas y toallas).
La anfitriona nos ofreció facilidades en todo momento, y el trato con ella fue estupendo.
En definitiva, recomendable.
