Villa with swimming pool 5000m2 in a quiet location, not overlooked. Located in Montouliers

Gorgeous private villa. Very well equipped. Beautiful pool & surroundings. Thank you to our hosts, we had a very relaxing stay. Montouliers is such a pretty little village and lovely to walk around. The villa is a great base to visit other towns in the region. Would definitely recommend having a car as there are so many beautiful places to visit.

Our recent holiday at Corinne’s villa was excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning views of the countryside and a unique sense of peace and tranquility. The villa itself was beautifully decorated and exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were comfortable, each with its own unique charm. The living area was cosy and inviting - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the surrounding area. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Without doubt, the real highlight of the villa was the pool. Surrounded by lush greenery, the pool was the perfect place to relax and cool off. The location of the villa was also ideal. Montouliers is a charming village with narrow and steep winding passages and picturesque buildings - including a church on the hill. There is also a small convenience store which doubles as a restaurant and pub/cafe. There are plenty of nearby attractions to explore: from vineyards and wineries to historic sites and charming cafes. We would definitely recommend Carcassonne and Minerva but a car is essential for these trips. There are some local food stores around 3 to 4 km from the villa and some supermarkets around 15km away. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, offering recommendations for activities and places to visit in the area. They made us feel at home and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was unforgettable.

A lovely place to stay and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. The property itself was excellent condition with all would need from a holiday home. My family maximised the use of the pool. There are visits available with a short drive. We enjoyed visiting the market in St Chinian which was only up the road .highly recommended and thank you
