The walls are adobe, lime and tadelakt, terracotta bricks, all materials are natural.
A pleasant living room with fireplace and air conditioning (reversible air conditioning).
An open kitchen with a bar, overlooking the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, mini oven, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, citrus press, cooking utensils.
The bedroom with a 160 cm bed, opening onto a terrace facing the olive trees, with a tadelakt shower room, a toilet, a small dressing room and reversible air conditioning.
The sofa in the living room is intended for adult sleeping, an extra bed can be made available.
A swimming pool 20 m x 6 m, located at around 200 m is available depending on the season and if the main house at 200 m is not occupied. Ask the owner.
The house is located on one hectare of wooded land with olive trees.
You will love this pretty ecological house, where you can relax in a Zen place, in complete privacy, very quiet, surrounded by nature, not overlooked.

For golf lovers, on the same road, several golf courses.
Also an OASIRIA water park 2 km away, with several swimming pools, one of which is heated.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison berbère parfaitement intégrée au milieu des oliviers.L 'environnement est très appréciable, naturel et authentique.
La maison est délicieusement décorée, une immersion totale dans cette ambiance berbère avec tout le confort moderne.
La situation géographique est parfaite: 5min de l'aéroport, 10 min du centre de Marrakech et 5 min du golf de Samanah pour les sportifs! La voiture est indispensable.
Un grand merci à Daniel pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Une adresse a retenir...
On a envie de la découvrir et on a envie d'y retourner!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine, chouchoutés par les propriétaires, Marie et Daniel, aux petits soins pour nous rendre la vie agréable et superviser et organiser les repas préparés par la cuisinière. La nourriture était excellente, la maison n'est pas grande mais joliment décorée, et le terrain avec le jardin et la piscine magnifique. La campagne à 10 mn de Marrakech, emplacement idéal, mitoyen avec le Beldi country Club ! Merci aussi à Khadija notre cuisinière et Jamal le gardien très gentil et serviable.
