A 2 km from the village center in a very quiet area, on the 3rd floor of a chalet-style residence located Fiaux the district / the Gotty, apartment Savoyard type of 39m2 Carrez + 24 m2 Facing west, it is very sunny and offers a wide view over the massifs of Beauregard and Etale.
It is well equipped and you will have plenty of storage.
It is served by a free shuttle (stop the anthology at the foot of the residence.)

L'appartement est très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur la montagne. Il est très bien équipé, fonctionnel. Les déplacements sont aisés avec la navette à 200m, un garage pour la voiture. Les propriétaires sont très prévenants et attentionnés. Nous recommandons cette location.

Accueil absolument charmant. Appartement très bien décoré et très bien équipé. Il ne manque rien ! beaucoup d'espace.
Parking et garage sans soucis. Jolie vue sur le massif de Beauregard depuis le balcon.
