About this apartment rental

This spacious family apartment of 100m2 on the edge of the piste (green) allowing direct access to the center of La Clusaz (and its ski area).
By road, the village is 2. 3 km. A garage and a ski cellar are available to tenants.

The rooms are divided into 2 corridors with, each time, a double room, a room with 2 twin beds, a bathroom (bath or shower) and a separate toilet. The apartment is on the ground floor with a terrace (12 m2) extending to the pastures. Splendid view on the Etale.

"American" kitchen: induction hob, fridge (200l), oven, dishwasher, microwave.

The apartment (the Lys Martagon) is part of a residence of 8 apartments, quiet guaranteed. The ski bus is 100 m away.

Idéal pour 2 familles

Bel appartement très bien agencé et équipé, idéal pour 2 familles. Chacune peut avoir son espace nuit et sa salle de bain et WC. La terrasse plein soleil une bonne partie de la journée est très agréable. L’appartement est un peu excentré par rapport au cœur de village mais le bus est au bout de la rue, et les commerces sont à 5min en voiture. En revanche la piste dd ski passe juste au dessus de l’appartement pour nous emmener directement aux télécabines (attention tout de même, la montée est un peu sportive). La communication avec le propriétaire est très fluide et rapide.

Logement spacieux et bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur l'alpage. Le propriétaire est disponible pour répondre aux questions et pour donner des renseignements afin de faciliter le séjour. Tout est parfait! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au pied des pistes.

Chalet avec une piste bleu très proche, oui, mais avoir un certain niveau physique pour accéder et de ski pour arriver. Problème pour sécher chaussures et gants pour lendemain sans infester par les odeurs les salles de bains (peut être prévoir un chauffage (non réglable par le locataire pour éviter tous abus) dans le local de ski. Attention état du mobilier (chaises) à la base de bonnes qualité mais devrait être recollées pour éviter peut être rapidement problèmes plus sérieux....

Appartement très grand, idéal pour 2 familles. Très belle vue! Bien équipé avec des produits de première nécessité, un appareil à raclette, des jeux de société, un local pour les skis, le garage, de nombreuses places de parking. Emplacement parfait, navette (gratuite grâce aux cartes) au bout de la rue et piste bleu juste au dessus du chalet. Arrivée et départ flexible. La Clusaz est une très jolie station. Merci pour ce séjour, nous y retournerons volontiers!

Appartement grand et fonctionnel situé en bord de piste, départ et retour ski aux pieds. Pour une semaine de ski c'était top. Pour les non skieurs il faudra toutefois prévoir de prendre la navette ou la voiture pour rejoindre le village. Je conseille cet appartement, le séjour a été bien agréable.

Nous avons passé un excellent we dans un appartement spacieux, bien équipé en bord de piste : départ et retour ski au pied. appartement à conseiller pour ceux qui ne veulent pas être serrés dans des appartements trop petits comme il est souvent proposé dans les stations de ski.
