About this apartment rental
Cozy apartment in Gràcia located just minutes from downtown and completely renovated in June 2013.
Located on the first floor exterior of 50 m2 is ideal for a weekend or short term accommodation. This fully equipped for a comfortable stay:
-Living Dining room with plasma TV and USB, WiFi internet, air conditioning and heating. Very comfortable sofa bed 150x200 cm for 2 people.
-Fully Equipped kitchen with microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge and everything you could need; Blender, grater, chopping board, kettle, etc.
master room with double bed 150 cms., Cupboard and also equipped with air conditioning and heating.
-Spacious Bathroom with vanity to keep personal belongings; Has washing machine, hairdryer, shampoo and bath gel.
Secondary -room with single bed of 180 cm (just recommend for kids) and fitted wardrobes. Moreover accounts iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
All towels and linen are included in the price.
If you need cots, can facilitate access.
Option to contract cleaning service during the stay.
Option of parking on request at extra cost.
The apartment is located in the Gràcia district of Barcelona, one of the districts with more personality and charm of the city. Central but uncrowded, with most of its pedestrian streets and small squares with terraces to enjoy the whole environment.
Just minutes from all the attractions of downtown, and well connected by public transport. Metro: Fontana, Lesseps (line 3) and Joanic (line 4) at 500 m, respectively. Bus: Lines H6, 39, 24 and 116. You walk just eight minutes have Güell Park and 15 minutes the Sagrada Familia. Bus stop 50 meters. which can take you to the center of Barcelona or the beach. Tourist bus stop 300 m.

Tourist tax per person and day up to 7 days, children under 16 years of age are exempt from payment. Fee of €2.25. The Barcelona City Council surcharge will be €2.75 from 04.01.2023 to 03.31.2024, and €3.25 from 04.01.2024 onwards. Payment will be made at check-in.
-The apartment is located in a residential building. At night, loud noise is forbidden as the neighbors rest needs to be respected by all guests.
-In case your stay is focussed on Barcelona’s night life, we would suggest you to look for another type of accommodation, as our place follows to support a Barcelona cultural and leisure stay.
-At the moment of your arrival, as the regulations of Barcelona Tourism Industry requires it, every guest should fill a small form, adding his full name and passport number.
-Let’s be respectful with our environment and help us turning off the lights when you are leaving the flat. Also, please do not turn on the A/C with the windows open and please turn off A/C if you are going out the flat.
-We expect our guests to leave the apartment in normal cleaning conditions, without trash bags on the kitchen or dirty dishes on the sink. Trash bags should be taken out the apartment and placed on the trash containers located on the street, in the corner of the building. If not, a charge of 20 euros will be made for the extra cleaning time.
In case of smoking inside the apartment , there is a extra cost of 100€ for the use of the ozone machine disinfect.

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was clean and comfortable, and we loved the family friendly neighborhood. Jordi was a great host - always responding to messages quickly and very helpful.

He was very understanding when we had a late check in because airline lost luggage. He helped us by arranging a taxi to get to airport in the early morning.
