About this villa rental
Beautiful house of 190 m2, with Majorcan rural architecture, which is located in the countryside of Campos, and accommodates 6 people.
The exteriors of this property are fantastic. There is a 10 x 5 m chlorine pool that has a depth of 1 to 2 m. This area is fenced apart from featuring an exterior shower as well as 6 sun loungers where sunbathe. The paved area has a ground of 150 m2 and the lawn zone, 300 m2. In its nearby, there are fruit trees and a vegetable patch. On one side of the property, there is a huge birdcage in which there is a great variety of birds. The furnished porch of 48 m2 is fantastic, since in which you can enjoy wonderful lunches and dinners outdoors with your family and friends thanks to its barbecue. On the same porch you will find a table with two benches, and a sofa next to a small table to relax contemplating nature.
Get relaxed in the living-dining room, which is equipped with air conditioning, while reading a book, watching TV-SAT, DVD, etc. There is a ceramic hob kitchen that's independent, totally equipped so that you can cook seamlessly any kind of dishes. The accommodation features 3 dormitories, all of them with A/C and wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms also offer a double bed and the last one has twin beds. Likewise, there is a bathroom with both shower and bathtub as well as an exterior shower bathroom. The house, furthermore, provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as you will find fans at your disposal.
Surrounded by nature, which transmits tranquillity and peace, the property is located 1.2 km from the town of Campos, where to find everything you may need for your stay: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, a medical centre, etc. In addition to this, just 14 km away, you can reach one of the best beaches on the island, Es Trenc. And only 30 km away, there is the city of Palma with all kinds of entertainment, shopping centres, sightseeing, etc.

Absolutely great from being picked up and the driver waiting with us as long as he could when we couldn’t get in, to the lady who collected us very professional and a great help

The house was beautiful and very well-equipped. We really appreciated the bottle of wine and water upon arrival. The bird cage and chicken coop were definitely a plus. My children loved the garden and the fountain. It was too chilly to swim in April, but we enjoyed sunny evenings at the poolside. The terrace was also the perfect spot for breakfasts and dinners in the sun.

We absolutely adored the house! It was beautiful, very well-equipped, and impeccably maintained. The instructions that we received prior to arrival were extremely helpful. We were grateful for the bottles of wine and water upon arrival. My children loved exploring the grounds. It was too chilly to swim in April, but we enjoyed sunny evenings at the poolside. The terrace was also the perfect spot for breakfasts and dinners in the sun.

"Super tolle Unterkunft. Genau wie auf den Fotos. Alles sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden (Pfannen, Gläser, Geschirr, Besteck, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, 2 Kühlschränke,...) Zur Begrüßung standen Blumen auf dem Terassentisch und in der Küche lagen frische Eier. Sehr nett war auch, dass uns ein zweites Mal frische Eier gebracht wurden. Als einzigen ganz kleinen Kritikpunkt (wenn man einen suchen will) könnte man sagen, dass in der Beschreibung nicht steht, dass das Duschbad draußen neben dem Grill ist. Es ist aber genau so sauber und gepflegt wie das restliche Haus. Und es liegen sogar Hand- und Badetücher bereit. Wir würden unseren nächsten Urlaub sofort wieder dort verbringen und haben sie auch schon weiterempfohlen. "
