The apartment Rancho Garden arranges 75 m2. A generous living room with leather sofas makes the link between a beautiful all equipped American kitchen and a dining room area. The garden is directly accessible to take advantage of the view and to rest (2 comfortable sunbeds available). The period of sunshine is perfect with a Southwest exposure.
A separate spacious parental room, with big bed and large cupboard, and a shower room high comfort. In the living room a sofa is convertible for a sleeping of two additional people.

The urbanization of Miraflores, situated in Mijas Costa on Costa del Sol, between Marbella (15km) and Málaga (30km), is very known for its level of services. Nice accommodation, very clean and had all the kitchen utensils, plus a dishwasher. View of. Ocean was nice. Would recommend this property for sure.

The first disappointment was that the person waiting to greet us and show us the apartment could not speak English. We were told that she would be there to greet us at 1700 hours when the agreed time of occupation was 1600. The apartment has good views but needs updating.The TV had no instruction information and there was no provision for playing DVDs. after three days we used the washing machine, and a couple of false starts, eventually it worked. The next time we went to use it, it would not work. We contacted the owner who visited the premises, tested it and decided the machine needed to be replaced. Unfortunately for us, he stated that the replacement could not take place until after we had completed our stay. We had based our plans regarding clothing etc on being able to wash them during our stay. No alternative was suggested and no compensation offered. The 'welcome pack' amounted to one bottle of water in the fridge. there was only 2 toilet rolls, one bath towel and we had to buy cleaning materials for our 10 day stay. Disappointing.
