Amazing sea view apartment in Miraflores

The owner was exceptional with her communication pre arrival assisting us with airport pick up and key delivery. She was very helpful with info when asked and with the check out details also The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean comfortable, lots of space and everything we needed for a great stay. Views of the area from the balcony were lovely with a couple of bars and restaurants a 5 minute walk away and the bigger area of La Cala 5 minute drive (or 25/30 min walk)

Rules here are very strict which we found out after our first night of catching up as a group of friends on the balcony. On our first morning I woke up to an early message from the owner with screen shots and sharing of videos of noise complaints from residents. A resident had stood under our balcony and recorded us and sent to the owner while another took a photo of our towel over the balcony to highlight this as a concern. We were threatened with eviction, told to observe complete silence after 10pm, respect ourselves and laundry not to be hung over the balcony. I appreciate we made some noise and apologised for this, however the situation was escalated unreasonably in our view which made us feel very nervous and uneasy for the rest of our stay. I have contacted the owner directly before posting this review but it should be noted that this may not be appropriate for groups of people who want to continue spending time on the balcony after 10 o’clock as residents are very strict and will complain

When we arrived we immediately felt at home! The property was beautifully clean and had everything we needed, there were great facilities ! Communication with the host was excellent and Elida was very kind arranging to get someone to meet with the keys when our flight landed late.

There were quite a lot of stairs as the apartment was on the top floor, it was fine for us but might be difficult with little ones. That was the only small thing wrong, everything else was perfect.

Everything about the property was perfect and made our holiday extra special

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très lumineux, parfaitement équipé et d’une grande propreté. La vue est magnifique et vraiment reposante, idéale pour se détendre. Le quartier est calme le soir, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du repos. La piscine, située juste en dessous de l’appartement, est un vrai plus, et le bar à proximité propose une restauration rapide très pratique. Tout était réuni pour rendre notre séjour agréable et sans souci. Un grand merci à Elida pour son accueil et son attention ! Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
