About this apartment rental

Superb apartment 2/4 people, classified 3 stars, facing the sea (feet in the water) in a very quiet residence. You are 5 minutes walk from the spa and supermarket and 10 minutes walk from the city center and the old port.
For your comfort, you will find a living room (+ convertible sofa) with fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet;
And above all, a veranda facing the sea with lounge, a weight bench and a deckchair.
Two bikes are available in the secure private room. You can put your windsurfing board there!

We have recently enjoyed a week’s stay in this well equipped apartment . Communication and the check in process was very efficient. The apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean with wonderful views across the bay. The immediate area offered a variety of walks. Roscoff, with its restaurants and bars was only a short walk away.I recommend this property .

The location, directly overlooking the bay, was ideal for coastal walking. The town of Roscoff with its restaurants and bars was a pleasant 15 minute walk away. Excellent. The loveliest place for a short break - or longer - brilliant location, well equipped, comfortable, and overall just a great place to sit and watch the tides ebb and flow, walk on the beach, or take a stroll into Roscoff. We will be going back!

Highly recommended, great location, lovely walk into Roscoff along the beach or on the road, only took 20 minutes max to walk. Fabulous views and really comfortable, warm & well equipped accommodation. We would love to go back.

The apartment was every bit as good as we had anticipated from the description Lovely view ;well equipped ;comfortable bed We were not disappointed ; the weather however was appalling and we spent a lot of time watching the rise and fall of the tide !! We enjoyed a great week and good weather. The apartment was superb and provided us with everything we needed. It was furnished to a high quality and the view from the lounge was unbelievable! We often walked on the beach into Roscoff for a drink or dinner - magical way to get into town. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This beautiful apartment was a delight to stay in. It is situated in a prime position overlooking the Ance de Laber (Laber Cove), with its many beaches, and it was our delight to sit in the veranda during the evening to watch the tide and the beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well furnished and equipped and is a real little home-from-home. We highly recommend it.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement très propre très lumineux et décoré avec soin.la véranda est un atout majeur qui offre une vue sur la mer .sa localisation est idéale. (Île de Batz,Île Callot etc ) .on peut aller à pied au centre ville . Nous recommandons ce gîte.

L'appartement est très agréable, bien agencé, bien situé pour faire de belles balades à pied ou pour partir visiter les alentours, comme l'île de Batz à ne pas manquer. Le centre-ville est facilement accessible à pied, les vélos à disposition sont également un plus dont nous avons profité pendant notre séjour.

On a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce joli appartement calme et bien aménagé. La loggia offre une vue magnifique sur la baie. Il y a un supermarché à 8 minutes (à pied). Pour aller au centre-ville à pied, on met 15-20 minutes. La propriétaire est très gentille et serviable.

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Sie ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und hat für 2 Personen genau die richtige Größe. Das Highlight ist die verglaste Loggia, von der aus man das Spiel der Gezeiten beobachten kann. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad ist man schnell im Zentrum von Roscoff. Die Vermieterin und ihr Mann haben uns freundlich begrüßt und uns über alles Wichtige informiert. Einziger kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck, damit man die Geschirrspülmaschine nicht so oft laufen lassen muss. Bei einem zukünftigen Aufenthalt in diesem Teil der Bretagne würden wir sehr gerne wieder hier wohnen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, très confortable et fonctionnel, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Et ***** pour la véranda ouverte sur la baie de Roscoff: on ne se lasse pas d’admirer les couleurs et les jeux de lumière en fonction des marées. Idéal pour se reposer et se détendre.

Das Appartement ist hervorragend ausgestattet und gemütlich möbliert. Mme. Caroff ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Absolut unschlagbar ist der Blick vom verglasten Balkon (große Schiebefenster) über die Bucht. Da das Appartment i 1. Stock liegt, hat man einen völlig freien Blick nach Westen. Aus sehr gemütlichen Sesseln kann man dem Kommen und Gehen des Wassers und den Lichtwechseln, prachtvolle Sonnenuntergänge!, zusehen. Das allein ist Erholung pur.

J'ai trouvé un appartement très propre, fonctionnel mais aussi arrangé avec goût. La vue sur la mer est un plus, même s'il s'agit d'une anse fermée qui n'ouvre pas le regard sur la pleine mer.
