About this house rental
This 55 m2 detached house with garage is located in a holiday residence, 850 m from the sea and 2 km from the shops.
On the ground floor you will find a new, fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with hydro-jet shower and separate WC.
The dining room is equipped with an LCD screen (80 cm) and a FREE WIFI connection. The dining room and lounge open onto a shaded terrace where you'll find all the comforts you need.
Upstairs, two large air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed (140*200) and a bunk bed (for children).
The other bedroom has a double bed (140x190), and we can also provide (on request) a cot and mattress for your baby's comfort. These 2 bedrooms have access to a 20 m2 solarium equipped with sun loungers.
In the garden, you'll find a large terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, plus an XL plancha for grilling.
There's also a solar shower to cool off or rinse off when you return from the beach.
This bungalow is located in a very quiet, private and secure residence, with a large play area for your children, football pitches, boules and volleyball courts, as well as a games room (table tennis and table football).

The house is in a gated community. Very safe area. Lovely neighbours. The house was nice with a lovely outside area. We had breakfast outside every morning.Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer available. Outside shower was great to wash sand off after swimming, but water was cold. You need a car to get around. Nearest food shopping is a 10min drive. The nearest beach (Plage des Girelles) is a cove, which is a 15 minute walk away. Pebbled beach, also great for snorkeling. When you swim out there are a lot of rocks. You can walk along the coastal path, which is very pretty. Also to watch sunsets. Easiest way to get to this is through the back gate of the community area. The code for that gate is the same as the code for the front gate. The nearest sand beach (Plage Du Cros), which is a 7min drive/20min walk. Nearest good local bakery is in Le Brusc, which is also a nice place to walk around.Generally parking fees were not expensive or free parking after certain times (mainly after 6pm/7pm in the evening).Lovely area with lots to see and do.We really enjoyed our 2 week stay and didn't want to leave.

Very nice and comfortable house with an absolutely well equipped kitchen. We missed nothing in the house itself. The really silent climatisation in the sleeping rooms and the outdoor shower were our highlights and perfect for hot summers! Contact and check-in were easy, very friendly and without any complications. We can totally recommend the house and its owners.The only disadvantage is that there's no shopping possibility within reasonable walking distance to buy e.g. fresh baguette in the morning. It's at least 20 minutes to walk one way. As well as to the beaches. This is the only drawback in our opinion. But apart from this we had a very pleasant stay in this holiday residence. Many thanks!

Nettes Reihenmittelhaus mit guter Aufteilung und großer Terrasse in einer mit Schranken gesicherten Residenz. Ein Gardien sorgte für Sicherheit und war immer wieder unterwegs. In der Garage eine neue Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Der Parkplatz vor der kleinen Garage ist eher für kleine Autos geeignet. Wir waren in der Nachsaison und fanden deshalb immer einen guten Parkplatz. Insgesamt gute Betreuung, das WLAN funktionierte wegen vorheriger Gewitter nicht, nach einer Woche erhielten wir ein mobiles WLAN Gerät, welches sehr schnelles Internet bot. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
