When they say you have no cell service where this cabin is, they aren't lying. If you're going to use Google maps, I suggest downloading an offline map of the area and using that, that's the only way Google maps will work. The property is way off the beaten path, I think we only had one car come by the house while we were there. The property was clean and very neat and a very nice place for the cost. Looking to book it again soon for the same whitewater adventure.

My sister, cousin and I stayed at the property to be close to attend our older sister's Celebration of Life gathering on Black Pine Ridge Road. Comfortable, clean and convenient for us. Great little place for peace and quiet.

This house was rented for my family to stay at during my daughter's gymnastics meet. Over-all the house was clean and tidy. The towels and sheets were clean. The house is as the description says very remote, and has a very rustic feel to it, but cute none the less. I would advise if visiting this home to make sure there is a man accompanying during the trip as the location is very remote being about 30 minutes from any type of "civilization", and with only women and children we were left feeling pretty vulnerable overnight. One suggestion I would make is to add keyless entry to this home as the door was left unlocked and the key on the table, which only added to the vulnerable feeling. Other than those two details this home was nice, and the description did say it was remote, so there is honesty in the description. If there were a man accompanying me, I would rent this home again.
