About this house rental
Situated in St Pere Pescador, this 3-bedroom holiday home features a private swimming pool and private garden and is ideal for a family of 5. It enjoys the proximity of the town centre and beach.
The sea with lovely beach is at 1km to enjoy the waters. For a quick dip the river is nearby at 1km. The town centre i sat 300m and has all facilities within reach. You can find the supermarket at 500m for shopping.
The home covers two floors with spacious interiors. There is central heating, modern kitchen, living-dining room and comfortable bedrooms for a pleasant stay. You can enjoy the fresh air during the evenings from the garden. Additional amenities include log cabin and garage.
Girona - Costa Brava Airport lies 45 km away and train station is at 20 km.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Huisje was proper, alles aanwezig, proper zwembad... Genoeg keuken materiaal ter beschikking, van glazen tot borden. Ook de omgeving is genoeg te zien... 1 groot nadeel en dat is het bed, die matras moet echt dringend vervangen worden!! Na 1 week is mijn rug gewoon kapot!

Bij aankomst ( via reisbureau ) flesje champagne en koekjes gekregen. Voldoende uitleg gekregen over alles wat er te beleven valt en ook voldoende uitleg gekregen wat te doen indien we vragen zouden hebben! Het huisje voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen ( wat je ziet op de foto's is echt wat je krijgt ). Alles was netjes in orde, propere badkamer, leuk zwembad dat meerdere malen tijdens onze vakantie werd onderhouden. Dit huis heeft alles te bieden om je vakantie geslaagd te maken. Ideale ligging om verschillende uitstappen te maken ( cadaques, Girona, plaatselijke markten, kayakken, ...Roses, Empuriabrava zeker niet te missen wat ons betreft ). Als we dan toch enig puntje voor verbetering mogen meegeven is dat er in het huisje wel enorm veel spullen aanwezig zijn van de eigenaars ( vermoeden we ). Kasten zitten behoorlijk vol zodat er minder opbergruimte is of je goed moet opletten waar je wat opbergt -) Hierbij ook wel dat dit in de keuken ook het geval is zodat je echt wel alles hebt wat je nodig hebt ( serviesgoed, glazen, ... meer dan voldoende aanwezig ). En verder het terras is zeer aangenaam vertoeven maar bij regen niet voldoende afgedekt bovenaan. Maar dit zijn slechts zeer kleine puntjes. En ook, voor wie met de honden gaat, alles is volledig afgesloten zo zeer aan te raden ( en de buurt is een heel hondvriendelijke buurt wat ook fijn is ) !

Mooi huis en heerlijk zwembad. Huis is vooral goed voorzien van serviesgoed. Grote koelkast en vriezer. Auto kan in de schuur staan. In de buurt is veel te doen en in het dorp zelf zitten heerlijke restaurantjes.
