Holiday home with pool, 4 bedrooms, for 10 people.

Ground floor: Large hall with piano, office, dining-living room of 80 m², independent kitchen of 20 m², one bedroom, bed x 1.60, bathroom (shower and bathtub).
First floor: 3 bedrooms, one of them suite, bed x 1.60 with dressing room, bathroom (shower and bath) and terrace of 55 m², bedroom 1 bed x 1.60, bedroom 1 bed x 90 + bunk bed (2 x 90) and folding bed 1 x 90. Terrace of 25 m² with views on the river, bathroom (bath and shower).
Large outdoor space with pool equipped with sun loungers to relax in the sun, garden, barbecue area and outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy good meals surrounded by a good atmosphere with family or friends.
Located at the Club Náutico de Sant Pere Pescador, privileged environment of the natural park of the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà and the river Fluvià, 2.5 km from the beach Ámfora. Unique place to enjoy holidays with the family.
Groups under 25 are not accepted.

The staff is very nice and responds to your request immediately.
The main problem is that the house wasn't ready when we arrived and we spent a couple hours cleaning it (dishes, floors, pool). We asked for some towels and bed sheets prior to our check-in but they forgot so they brought them afterwards. Also, some bed mattresses need to be changed.
Otherwise, the house is very nice and its location is great. The view of the river is calming and the pool (which is not very big but the depth is progressive, ideal for children) offers some privacy, although some rare passing persons might have a quick look from the backyard entrance.
The neighbourhood is very close to a small village where you can eat some tasty kebabs (durum) and where there is a huge market on Wednesdays.
Also, it is only 10 minutes (by car) from the nearest beach and around 15 minutes from Empuria Brava where you can find good and crowded restaurants and night shop, close to the sea.
We spent a wonderful time during our stay and hope to go again.
