Spacious apartment with beautiful living room of 40 m2, 2 pretty bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds).
Located on the 1st floor of a small condominium (6 apartments), this property has a beautiful fitted kitchen and the comfort of reversible air conditioning.
The apartment is located in the Marine district, in the heart of the fishing port, a typical place in the city!
Spend a holiday without a car: bus stop at the foot of the building serving the beaches on one side, and the train station on the other.
On the other hand, all the local shops are within 1 min walk: pharmacy, mini-market, newsagent, bar, bakery, brasseries and restaurants!
From the balcony you can enjoy the local festivities (St. Pierre) live.
This apartment has modern furniture for your comfort and well-being. It is suitable to receive your children even at a young age (baby bath, high chair, potty, toys, cartoons on DVD)
Wifi access included, flat screen TV, books and board games for family moments after the beach! NON-SMOKING APARTMENT, smoking is tolerated only on balconies. Pets are not accepted.
I would also like to point out that the prices are OUT OF HOUSEHOLD. A cleaning supplement of 40 € is possible on request. You can also benefit from a babysitter service for your evenings outside for 15 € / hour (notify me in advance to make sure of its availability).

We had a great time in beautiful Sète. The apartment was comfortable and clean right in the centre of town but also by the canal. Great location. The landlady was really helpful and kind. I thoroughly recommend this place!
