La Giravolta = Enjoy country-style in style. Luxury villa with swimming pool

La Giravolta (located in the Le Marche region in central Italy. Half an hour from the sea and half an hour from the mountains, ideal !. We live in this beautiful area and since the spring of 2010 we have been renting out our country house with 5 holiday apartments. The country house has been completely renovated with a large swimming pool. Since 2010 we have welcomed and entertained many guests.

We are open ALL YEAR so also in the fall and winter! In the fall there are plenty of wine and truffle parties and you can go for a nice walk. In winter there is snow on the mountains and you can discover le marche in peace. In the spring nature opens up, the temperature is often very pleasant and even then it is a wonderful holiday in le Marche!

We rent the villa in its entirety or per individual apartment. There are 5 spacious apartments in total, 3 with the entrance on the ground floor and 2 on the attic floors of the main house and the annex. The apartments on the attic floors both have 1 bedroom and a private outside. The apartments with the entrance on the ground floor all have a private terrace. On the ground floor there are 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms and 1 with 3 bedrooms. All apartments have a spacious living room with TV, and a kitchen with fridge, hob and dishwasher. Apart from the Cinque apartment, they also have a combi microwave. In the summer there are mosquito nets above all beds and there are fans in the bedrooms. A baby bed can be placed in all apartments. Total number of sleeping places is 18 or 22 if the sofa beds in the living rooms are involved.

The area around the apartments is arranged as a garden with olive trees, cypresses and all kinds of flowering plants. On the lower part of the site we have had a swimming pool built surrounded by a spacious terrace with comfortable sun loungers. You can relax by and in the swimming pool (14x6).
