3 Not leave garbage outside the apartment or outside the balcony
4 Not making noise both inside the room and common areas
5 Not hang towels or clothes on the balcony's railing
6 Not drinking alcoholic beverages in the common area
7 No pets allow in the room and compound
8 No strong smell cooking allowed and keep kitchenware clean before check out
9 No smoking allowed both inside the room and public areas
10 Wear proper swim attire at all items when using the pool
11 Turn off all electrics and air-conditioning every time when going out.
12 Fined 1,000 THB. for untidy room (very dirty) when check out which will be deducted from the
security deposit
