At the end of a path rooted in the moor overlooking the small lighthouse Nantouar, our house is discovered and the landscape changes with the tides. The good life, the silence that only the murmur of the waves and the wind disturb. 5000 m2 of land planted with pines overlooking the sea and offering all lovers of Brittany and the great outdoors a dream panorama in a quiet and protected place.
Ideal for a great holiday with family or friends.
Ground floor: Large living room with kitchen friendly. The three large windows allow access to both 2 terraces. The kitchen side for lunch because facing south, the other side stay for dinner and enjoy the sunset over Perros-Guirec (west facing). A large bedroom, bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 spacious bedrooms with refined decor, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a playroom for the less sunny days. On one side the pink granite coast, beaches and customs paths, on the other coast gorse, wilder and has nothing to envy its neighbor.

We had two weeks in this wonderful holiday home. The views were absolutely gorgeous and we loved sitting in the garden which was so peaceful. Bedrooms were lovely and beds were nice and comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. Owners were so helpful if we ever had questions and the local area is beautiful, especially the beaches and we liked exploring the local market. We will most certainly come again thank you!

Séjour très agréable tant dehors (grand jardin et region) qu'à l'intérieur. Belle région et maison bien équipée et décorée. Les enfants ont apprécié le panier de basket et les petits jouets tracteurs à disposition. Auch wenn das Wetter mit Regen und Sturm mal nicht so mitspielt wie dieses Jahr im Oktober ist es im Haus mit der Zentralheizung mollig warm. Hinter den Glasfronten kann man die raue See gemütlich vom Sessel aus beobachten. Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, auch wenn man mal nicht unbedingt ins Freie will.

Die Lage des Hauses ist phantastisch und die Aussicht von den unterschiedlichen Terrassen lässt keine Wünsche offen. An der Küchenausstattung könnte man noch etwas arbeiten, da z.B. nur zwei Sektgläser und zu wenig Besteck vorhanden waren. Ansonsten ist es ein Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen, in dem wir zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht haben.

Un décor époustouflant tout droit sorti de la toile d'un peintre. L’accueil des propriétaires, la maison , le parc et la vue sur la mer .... tout est parfait pour passer des vacances de rêve. Wir waren vollauf zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt; Das Haus mit seinen zwei Terrassen ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, das Grundstück ist riesig, was vor allem für Kinder toll ist. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und in allem sehr unkompliziert.

Maison très agréable située dans un cadre exceptionnel ! vue splendide sur la mer. Le parc qui entoure la maison est superbe.. L'ensemble forme un havre de paix et de tranquilité !! Rien ne manque et la literie est de très bonne qualité. On à l'impression d'être seul au monde et en quelques minutes de voiture on est à Perros-Guirec ! Merci encore à Nathalie pour son accueil chaleureux et ses délicates attentions : bières bretonnes au réfrigérateur, déco de Noël très sympa dans la maison !! nous avons apprécié.. Bref, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir aux beaux jours pour profitez des extérieurs !!

Située dans un écrin de verdure et à proximité de sites naturels remarquables, cette superbe villa invite à la détente ainsi qu'aux découvertes de par la vue panoramique exceptionnelle offerte au bout du petit chemin menant à la propriété. Confort, décor exquis, équipement complet, calme absolu sont des atouts indéniables pour des vacances réussies....Il ne manquait qu'un peu plus de soleil mais le séjour fut des plus agréable. Accueil chaleureux par la propriétaire ainsi que dans les petits commerces de Louannec dont la boucherie-charcuterie-traiteur pour la qualité de ses produits. A recommander sans réserve

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances dans votre maison, la vue est absolument magnifique du jardin ou de la maison et en plus le calme absolu.
