In about 500 meters you can reach one of the most beautiful beach sections in Scharbeutz and the newly designed dune mile (pedestrian zone) with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops. The spa park is only a few minutes away from the apartment and the nearby playground promises a great family vacation.

The apartment has a living and kitchen area and two bedrooms and can accommodate 6 guests. In one of the bedrooms there is a comfortable double bed (180 x 200) and a spacious wardrobe. The four stacking beds (each 90 cm wide) in the second bedroom can be used as a double bed or individually. So you can adapt your sleeping space individually to your requirements. In the second bedroom you will also find a desk, a flat screen TV and a large wardrobe. From the living room you can access the furnished balcony. Thanks to the western orientation, you can enjoy the evening sun here. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The central dining area for four people can be expanded with two chairs for six people. The apartment has two bathrooms with underfloor heating and towel radiators. One with a shower and relaxation after a walk on the beach is provided by the bathtub in the large bathroom. Electric shutters ensure comfortable sleeping comfort. The apartment Ostseestern can be reached by an elevator and is ideal for family vacations with prams.

Entertainment in the evening: Two flat-screen TVs (in the living room and in one of the bedrooms) ensure cozy TV evenings. WLAN access and a loudspeaker system with Ipod connections are also part of the entertainment.

Mit dem Auto Schlüssel abgeholt und direkt in die Tiefgarage gefahren. Mit dem Fahrstuhl in den ersten Stock und weiter in Wohnung. Sehr komfortabel und ohne Treppenstufen.
Strand, Innenstadt, Bäcker und Supermärkte nicht weiter als 500 Meter entfernt.
Besonders hat uns an der Wohnung die 2 separaten Schlaf- und Badezimmer sowie die umfangreiche Küchenausstattung gefallen. Gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und war genau richtig für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.
Fußläufig ist alles gut erreichbar.
Wer unruhig schläft, könnte es als zu laut empfinden, da die Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite liegen.
Das Einparken in der Tiefgarage ist in der Tat etwas schwierig, jedoch mit ein bisschen Kurbeln gut zu schaffen.
Wir waren vollkommen zu frieden und kommen bestimmt wieder

Wir haben diese Wohnung spontan gemietet und waren hin und weg. Die Lage ist super, durch den Kurpark knapp 300m bis zur tollen Flaniermeile und zum Strand!! Da wir mit drei Kindern zw. 3 und 9 unterwegs waren, haben wir alle Spielplätze durchgetestet und waren begeistert!
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Aufteilung, war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Einzig das Sitzbrett vom Hochstuhl müsste mal repariert werden. Sonst eine rundum schöne Wohnung.
Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

Es handelt sich um eine zentral gelegene Wohnung, direkt an der Hauptstraße, daher sehr laut.
Die Wohnung war im Sommer zudem sehr warm und die Küchenausstattung ist für mehr als drei Personen (die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen ausgelegt) unzureichend (keine grossen Schüsseln, Salatschleuder fehlt und teilweise Stühle, kein Sonnenschirm).
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder was optimal ist. Des Weiteren ist sie sehr hell und neu renoviert im Ostsee-Flair. Die Tiefgarage mit Stellplatz ist wahnsinnig eng.
