Family Friendly North Scottsdale Retreat

This was a large, clean, very comfortable house. I liked that it had cable tv, good internet, and good air conditioning! The pool doesn’t quite match the pics—but it is very welcoming on a hot day! The check in process was very easy and the hosts were fantastic to communicate with. Highly recommend.

This property was as described. The beds were super comfortable and we got great sleep at night! The home could use some minor cosmetic fixes including a few missing corner tiles along with peeling paint in the bathroom (near the tub/window)The pool was refreshing and extremely clean and clear! There were no flowers or plants in the flower pots near the pool, that that could be due to the season (end of May/1st of June) The upper house patio had really neat views. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and we loved the landscaping in the front of the home. Overall, great stay!

Everything was amazing!

Our stay was awesome! Saying that tho I gave less than 5star on some questions. The house is awesome, the pool & yard are great. The things that need attention for cleanliness and function to make it spectacular. General maintenance is lacking, many things not working, falling apart. Front door was very dirty w cobwebs, front entry not very inviting- plants in planters would look nice. Various outlets not functioning, upper oven not working, boom box speaker blown. Patio furniture cushions dirty & need replacing, patio tables dirty. A lot of bird poop, we tried to clean, but they were mostly baked on- pool deck, stairwell & jungle gym- we had little ones using it. Kitchen curtains had holes, cookware is wore out. Also shower in master bath needs de-scal ing, the glass shower door by the laundry room needs adjustment it catches at the top, nicer toilet paper & paper towels would be better in a home of this caliber, cheaper is not better. Chipped & broken tile on patio, the balcony furniture was dirty and not inviting. , l If you are interested my daughter does deep cleaning of vrbo's and can notify of things that require attention, I can give you her info, let me know. It's a beautiful home, it needs some love and attention so it can be spectacular again.
