Rancho Relaxo is a private North Scottsdale escape set on 3 acres—built for groups who want space, privacy, and an easy place to gather.
Plenty of room to spread out, inside and out. Mornings with mountain views, afternoons by the pool, evenings around the patio.

Sleeping is flexible across 6 bedrooms in the main home and casita, with a mix of king rooms, guest rooms, and bunk spaces that work well for families and groups.

Located in a quiet North Scottsdale neighborhood with easy access to golf, hiking, dining, and everyday essentials.

-Bathroom: Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash plus one Hair Dryer in each bathroom
-Propane for fire pit
-All High-Quality Linens including Multiple Towels (Bath, Pool/Spa & Hand)
-WiFi - high speed

THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• We strongly suggest purchasing TRAVEL INSURANCE as we follow a strict cancellation policy! By booking with us you accept these terms.
• No smoking
• The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time
• No parties or events
• No mailbox access will be granted
• Absolutely no packages will be excepted via USPS. Guests can send packages via UPS/Fedex/Amazon at their own discretion as PaseoHomesAZ will not intercept and not responsible for packages. Lost/Stolen/Damaged packages are responsible of the sender.
• Pets upon approval with fee applied
• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.
• Per City of Scottsdale, maximum occupancy may consist of 6 adults and their dependent children sleeping up to the maximum capacity of our home.
Other Information:
$75/pet fee paid after booking
• ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomesAZ approval you may be subject to a fine.
• You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ.
• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in time via email.
• We recommend renting a fleet car, but Uber & Lyft may be accessible in our area.
• We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement.
• Transaction and damage waiver fees are non-refundable
• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
• Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.
• ***RENTAL CONTRACT:
A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PLEASE NOTE:
The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hour's noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house.

We loved the house. Great areas to sit and talk and dine.
The only negative (and it’s important) is there is no heater for the pool. We come to Scottsdale every Spring Break. Each home we’ve stayed in has had the option of paying extra to heat the pool. That’s a big deal when the weather is cool. March Can be cool and was. The main picture advertising the home shows a pool in the foreground. When i called a week and a half before arrival to ask to heat the pool, I was told there was no heater. I was told there was a spa. (Hot tub). And also told “we didn’t say it was heated or not”. So if you like to swim (like my kids and grandkids) this is not the place. Super disappointing and misleading. The home itself is lovely and the grounds as well. Check in and out easy!
