Welcome to our Cozy & Spacious Studio, a perfect retreat for your stay. The room features a comfortable King-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We've equipped the space with a Full kitchen, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. Entertainment options are abundant with 4K Smart TVs, so you can unwind with your favorite shows or streaming services. Stay connected and productive with our lightning-fast 1Gbps Internet, perfect for work or leisure.
The remodeled bathroom adds a touch of luxury to your stay, providing a refreshing and stylish space. In the dining area, you'll find a Dining table for 4, creating a cozy spot for meals or social gatherings.
Your security and privacy are paramount, thanks to the Gated Entrance with no public access, ensuring a peaceful and secure environment during your stay. For a breath of fresh air and some outdoor relaxation, you'll have Private backyard access, adding to the overall charm of your stay.

The Neighborhood:
One of the nicest spots to explore in the neighborhood is the freshly transformed Downtown Santa Ana. If you happen to be in town on the first weekend of the month, you can enjoy a local artist's art stroll.
Our house is near restaurants, a mini-mart across the street, and bars/entertainment within walking distance. Santa Ana is getting better all the time, with new buildings, renovations, and street improvements. Because the shelters are so close, the locals are used to seeing transients roaming around. We have created gated gates around all of our entry points to ensure that all guests feel safe from public access, and we have installed security cameras throughout the property for added peace of mind.
Getting Around:
There is public transportation available, all within 5 min walking distance. You can Uber to and from our home very easily. For those traveling with a vehicle you'll be glad to know we offer 1 reserved parking spot in the alley just behind the property.
Other Things to Note:
Our home is securely gated, ensuring no public access.
Occasionally, pedestrians may walk nearby; however, they are harmless and merely passing through.

You're welcome to reach out to us via Airbnb or phone throughout your stay.

We really enjoyed this place. It was clean and conveniently located to everywhere we were going. The owner is awesome and very helpful the entire time we were staying in his place. We hope to stay here again when we return to the area.

We rented this place for 4 days so we could take our grandson to Disneyland. (We thought it would be a closer to Disneyland, but we made it work) It was clean and nice. Bathroom is really small but we also made it work. Our grandson slept on the couch wasn't sure if it folded out or not, so he slept on top. Didn't know where the bedding was for it so we had him lay on blankets that were in a closet. We spent all our time at the Park so we didn't eat or do anything around the area.

It was clean and nice.we arrived at midnight and There was however wet laundry in the dryer which I turned on. It was not sour but none the less wet. I would suggest creamer and fresh sugar to go with the coffee or don't supply coffee. Also open food and a cup of clumped sugar in the cupboard needs to be tossed. I was not impressed with lack of towels and no holder/bar in the bathroom to hang towels. Also, there was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper for our 4 day stay without at least 1 extra whole roll. The bed was firm and ok but not great. Overall cute little place.
