About this house rental
On the heights of Vans in southern Ardèche, in a peaceful environment, your villa of 200m2 welcomes you for a successful holiday. It is a comfortable house, contemporary tastefully decorated access to a large terrace where is housed the pool (depth 1. 20) the pool is heated from mid April, May, June, September. You enjoy a generous sunshine. Light is everywhere thanks to its large windows. All rooms are facing south. The living room is large with a very large kitchen very well equipped and a large work plan that overlooks the pool. On the ground floor, you have a large room with a bed 180 and a private bathroom, a room with a bed 160 and a private bathroom, toilet.
Upstairs, there is a room with 2 beds 90x200, a room for children with 4 single bed bunk. The bathroom is shared for these 2 bedrooms. You also have a garage with dryer and washing machine. You also have at your disposal a ground planted with olive and almond trees, a game of boules. This is the ideal location to discover this beautiful region of Ardèche. !
Possibility 3 nights minimum
Cleaning fee € 170 does not include the kitchen and the barbecue, the kitchen must be cleaned and tidy, trash emptied.
Initially, the sheets must be removed from the beds and deposited at the entrance of the house.
The deposit is 1000 €
