The house includes a large entrance (possibility to park bicycles), a large living room which includes an office area, a living room, a dining room/kitchen all opening onto a 100 m2 south-facing terrace with a view of the emblematic Serre de Barre (local mountain).
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, 1 of which has a shower room/toilet, 2 separate toilets, a laundry.
5 minutes from the center of Les Vans where you will find all the shops you need for your stay.
The house is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
