About this house rental
Just minutes south of Powell Rivers city center. Our home is a perfect fit for families wanting a spacious, comfortable, peaceful, home away from home feel while exploring Powell Rivers beautiful beaches, hiking and biking trails.
From our conveniently located home you may find yourself fishing, scuba diving or engaging in any number of endless adventures available to you here on the Sunshine Coast.
During your stay at our home you will be residing on two floors of living space in our four bedroom 2.5 bathroom house. Find yourself falling asleep to the lapping waves outside the window of your top floor primary suite. This room includes an infrared sauna, walk-in closet attached to an en-suite that includes full glass and tile shower and a separate soaker tub, both with sweeping views of the Salish Sea.
Two other bedrooms are on this floor along with another full bath. On the main floor you will find a separate den.
An open concept living space has a cozy living room, comfortable seating, flat screen tv, a pellet stove and an extraordinary view from the wall to wall windows. Through extra large custom patio doors, you will find the large oceanfront deck. The dining room is surrounded by ocean views and furnished with a table for six. The dining room is positioned just off the fully equipped kitchen that includes an island with extra seating.
Just passed the dining area you will find a fourth bedroom with its own deck. This is a serene and great space for early morning coffee as the sun rises. The main floor includes the laundry area and a half bath.
Steps away from the beach, you will be able to explore the waters edge during the day, and when safe, a bon fire on the beach during the evening is a must. And what waterfront home wouldn’t have two kayaks for you to use during your stay?
We are a pet friendly home and will be open to your families dog allowed for your visit, an extra damage deposit and fee will be required and a specific discussion regarding your pet will be needed. Please take note that our yard is not fenced. Our deck has gates and could be a secure option.
It is very important for us to mention we are on a septic and water well system. It is important to not put anything down the toilets other then toilet paper. As well it is important to note that no oils or other liquids go down the sinks.

There seems to be a glitch in the system and VRBO is allowing you to request 6 adults. But 6 adults exceeds our capacity limit.

This four-bedroom home was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving weekend. Outdoor spaces and indoor spaces welcomed our group of six or smaller subsets comfortably. Views of Texada Island and Malaspina Strait impressed us, as did the active wildlife in the strait. We also enjoyed the surrounding area’s plentiful hiking options. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay in Powell River! The house is beautifully located right on the water, a short drive from town and more beaches. Tamara was very responsive when we had questions and offered us lots of suggestions for beaches and places to visit with our family. We enjoyed our various day-trips and also a couple of quiet days where we just enjoyed being right on the water in this beautiful home! Thanks for a great stay!
