The view is absolutely beautiful - the best feature by far. The main room is very large and pleasant, a combined kitchen, dining room and sitting room area.
Three of the four bedrooms are tucked behind this large space and they are kind of dark and slightly airless. Better ventilation would be good.
A few relatively minor quibbles. Completely inadequate crockery and cutlery, the selection of drinking glasses is poor.
The large sofa is extremely uncomfortable and should be replaced by two normal sofas and some easy chairs.
Also, the dining room chairs are basically outside loafers and far too low.

Great location. Lovely view. Very helpful host. Very clean. Good BBQ. Quiet.
Cutlery, glasses, wine glasses and tea towels could be improved. No TV or dishwasher.
