About this house rental
5 kms from MARRAKECH, a pleasant Moroccan house with large covered terrace overlooking the 20 m x 6 m swimming pool.
2 hectares planted with century-old olive trees, palm trees and carob trees surround this house, ideally located 10 minutes from Place Jamaa el Fna, restaurants in Marrakech and golf courses.
At your service, house staff for maintenance.
Optionally, a cooker for the preparation of Moroccan specialties, contact us.
A caretaker / gardener for the maintenance of the pool and the environment, in the discretion to preserve your privacy.
A semi-open kitchen plus a scullery. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, an oven, a microwave, a new refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, Nespresso machine, normal coffee maker, juicer, toaster.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with 160 cm beds, the 3rd bedroom with 2 90 cm beds with tadelakt shower rooms, WC. The rooms are air conditioned.
A 4th bedroom-suite with living room and shower room wc + american kitchen. This suite is independent from the main house. If you wish to rent it, the price is 60 € per night. Contact us for more information and photos.
WIFI by 3G key and router available. A flat screen TV with TNT decoder.
For the Nespresso machine, you can bring your capsules.
Groups of single men are not accepted.
Activities:
Massages at home are offered. At your disposal: books, DVD player, pétanque balls.
For golf lovers, on the same road, SAMANAH, 18 hole course designed by Jack NICKLAUS and a second 9 hole ATLAS GOLF course.
Also an OASIRIA water park 2 km away, with several swimming pools, one of which is heated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outside area is beautiful and very private with a very large pool and plenty of space to relax. Daniel was also a wonderful host, very warm and welcoming. The chef was exceptional and prepared us the most wonderful meals. A very convenient location only 10 minutes to the city centre.

Très beau séjour dans une magnifique villa de type Beldi extrêmement agréable à vivre avec une belle et grande piscine. Un havre de paix pour se sentir à la campagne et ce à seulement quelques minutes de l'effervescence de la Medina. Parfait pour une famille.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cette villa magnifique : emplacement idéal (10 min du centre ville en voiture, 5 min d’Oasiria). Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli. La villa est bien agencée, bien décorée et très fonctionnelle (cuisine aménagée, chambres avec clim, salle de bain et wc), la piscine est gigantesque. Nous la recommandons les yeux fermés !

Marie was very helpful in answering any questions we had prior to our visit. During our stay we were kindly looked after by Jamal and Yousra who were both fantastic. The villa owner - Mr Daniel - was also extremely helpful. The villa itself is as per the photos. The swimming pool is truly massive as are the surrounding gardens which are beautiful. The villa is located inside a gated area so you feel very safe and secure. The area is very peaceful but at the same time is only 10 mins away by car from the centre of Marrakesh. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the villa and look forward to returning.
